Sacred Valley & Inca Trail 2025 Info session
NextTribe returns to the Inca Trail, this time with a better route! For two years, we’ve taken groups of adventurous women on a four-day hike of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. It’s been a transformational experience for many hikers and a joy for NextTribe to create this opportunity. For our third visit to the area, we are modifying the hiking section to make it more accessible and, let’s be honest, comfortable.
We retain the best parts of the previous hikes-including the magic of first glimpsing Machu Picchu from the Sun Gate-but give you a real bed to sleep in, avoid the highest altitudes and the wear-and-tear on your body.

Your's is nothing my back is covered and they are raised.
Make and model of the suitcase, please. Or, just the dimensions? Thank you. Safe travels.
It’s very hard Shelley Ross to take you seriously when you say on TV that 90210 is one of the most exclusive ZIP Codes “ in the world” - I have made a lot of money, but you all have not been to places where people are really really rich, much more than Inver Hills and the most expensive zip going. The United States is in Connecticut.
I'm 61. Is that why I don't understand why so many women in these videos think I want to see them perform their skin cleansing routine or make-up application? I've got better things to do.
These spots on the back, are so minimal, compared to mine. Guess it's time to do something as well.
It’s interesting that no one, especially those advocating home remedies, describes the actual final results. How does the skin look when the treatment is complete. Is it completely normal again, or is there noticeable scarring or discoloration? I certainly wouldn’t experiment on my face!
Hi Jeanie!
this lady can do no wrong you go girl!!!
Nice video
I have so many on my back because when young got sun poisoning twice. I never paid attention to them if I had and had them removed when they popped up it would have been fine. Now they got way ahead of me so I will live with them and never wear anything that shows my back. 😢
We found regular scrubbing with a loofa while showering removes these without any medical assistance.
Really? Scabs falling off are "sexy". Your credibility just took a massive hit.
WOW ! Is this the same Maggie Rowe that was on the early 2000's (Change Of Heart) ? Still gorgeous!!
If you can reach them, Kerasal ointment works over time
50 flirty chou chou!!
Just take an emory board and “sand” the top a little bit. Then with a Q tip, apply 40% peroxide cream you can get at any beauty supply. It will bubble up which means its working. Keep doing this everyday. The British have this in kits you can do yourself, but costs $30 plus shipping. You can do the same for the price of $8.00. The keratosis will begin to dry up, and fall off as you go along.
I found essential tea tree oil will dry them up as well.
My mother was born and raised in Scotland and my hair was reddish so when I got a little Sun, my skin got Red and I had to avoid getting a Sunburn. Now that I am a senior, I have had some Actual Skin Cancer, on my face, that had to be 100% removed.
Frequency healing is the best answer, and I do not buy into the sun exposure "conspiracy theory" either.
Dr Dick ??? Nah, this is a medical issue not a porn show.
I have had good luck by using Neutrogena glycerin facial cleanser bar, the clear orange bar.
I have fair skin and freckles. I get this all over my back. I used to go to the Dermatologist but I just but Freeze Off @ Walmart to treat mine. Instead of taking about a week they take about two weeks to scab off. The stuff at the dermatologist must be quite a bit stronger since they scab off sooner. Plus, it's cheaper and I don't have to make an appointment and go sit at the doctor's office. They really are gross and ugly. I have to burn them off my back all the time because they're always popping up. My husband checks my back about once a month so they don't get out of hand.
It is sad seeing women having to ditch their long hair for bobs, bixies and pixies once they turn 50. They shouldn't have to succumb to society's expectation when it comes to hair length at the age of 50.
When they are raised and scaly: put a dab of Vicks (can be non-brand) on a band aid and apply over lesion... do this daily for 1-2 weeks. then let it "dry" out for 2/3 days, and carefully pick off scab. Voila! 2nd - do the same with "Mother's vinegar with a small amount on cotton ball and the band aid... Same results... Seborrheic keratosis are rarely/never? CA. It's the Actinic ones that need to be "freezed" off by a Dermatologist... Your GPA can tell the difference between the two...
I think I need a new skin doctor. When I asked to remove these, I got a lecture on how the Doctor could loose their license and my insurance would not cover their work, as they are not considered life threatening.
I just watched a video where the lady used tea tree oil, twice a day. The spots broke up and came off over a month.
I’ve had mine removed by a dermatologist..insurance does not cover because it’s considered cosmetic .. my dermatologist charges $250 for up to 15 removals at a time
I have had two different dermatologists just freeze them off. There is also a freeze spray kit available to do yourself but must be very careful to isolate just the “mole”. You can also use salicylic acid mole remover. body scrub cream soaps and anti acne soaps, tea tree oil, are less drastic and can help somewhat too as this type of mole is supposedly fungus based.
joking about narcotics is not cool people
Bet you’re fun at parties.
How to get rid of it I went to the dermatologist cosmetic ! Wow what's the point in having insurance it sucks getting older but Dermatologist definitely want to take you to the bank
How to get rid of it I went to the dermatologist cosmetic ! Wow what's the point in having insurance
I’ve had soo many treated over decades and my mother had many as well. Course I am fair skinned and had much sun exposure when a teenager. But these little buggers seem to pop up overnight and the worst is when they itch 24-7 even in areas where they were removed 🫤
I removed mine in just one night by applying iodine and castor oil and covering with a bandaid
I'm 64. My mom cut mine and my sister's hair into "pixie" cuts when we were kids. I hated it! I felt so self conscious. I remember pretending with my younger sister that we had long hair by putting towels over our head just so we would know what long hair felt like. When I graduated high school it was shoulder length but after that I always had short styles. I even had to shave my head about 6 years ago in anticipation of chemo treatments. Now, I am rebelling. My son died a few months ago and I am rebelling in anger. I decided to let my hair grow for a year to see how long it gets and if it looks good. I feel like it's now or never to have what I always wanted. Long hair. Maybe I will decide to cut it but at least I will have my experience.
So where's the "after" shot?
I don’t buy the talking
Liked the 1st one best.
Women over 60 with long hair
I get them lasered off, especially on my face
I'm 64 and have long hair. I love it, it makes me feel beautiful and sexy.
This sounds amazing!
I can't believe im just now hearing about this Incredible man
Is that all you have. I've got 100's of them.
Nice video! But, what can you say about 40% Hydrogen Peroxide treatment??
It works. Get food grade only (has none of the chemicals that regular hydrogen peroxide does). It doesn't need to be 40%, 12% is good enough. Apply it with a Q-Tip after cleansing. Spots will fade and once they're gone, stop the treatment. If and when they start to appear, start the treatment again. Three to four times a week at night is good; it depends on the strength you use. Less or more time depending on your particular skin. Use a mineral SPF during the day. I'm a medical esthetician and have both personal and professional experience with this treatment.
@@callycharles2515 Thank you! I have one (scalp) that has been so persistent, even after freezing.
@@elmoreglidingclub3030 hydrogen peroxide can still work if you're persistent. It doesn't work overnight and it may take a little longer to work since it wasn't removed with freezing. I can't guarantee it, but it's sure worth trying!
@@callycharles2515 Where can you buy food grade hydrogen peroxide?? 😊
@@elmoreglidingclub3030 be careful that one is not skin cancer-I would have it tested. Ins will cover.
I am over 61 & still have my beautiful long locks. Everyone compliments my hair. I definately DO NOT SUIT short or bob style hair. I will keep my hair long until I die. It is so ridiculous to make women believe when they turn a certain age they have to wear old fashioned short hair. THERE ARE NO RULES. HAIRDRESS MAKE ALOT MORE $$ OFF WOMEN WHO WEAR THEIR HAIR SHORT - think of all the upkeep of needing regular style cutting. I naturally look alot younger than my age, it has 2 do with what suits your look, ur style etc..... I wou,d look awful with short hair. Hair length, style & colour is very individual & has nothing whatsoever to do with age. All women should be open to what best suits them, it has nothing whatsoever to do with what age a woman is - how narrow minded. Hairdressers who promote that nonsense are trying to drum up business.
Mine are very itchy and dry! Got them all over my back!
If you have not done so already, have a dermatologist check them just to be sure. My experience has been that places that itch could be a problem. My AKs are dry but do not itch and I am nearing 80 years so I have many years of dermatology visits.
Funny, what about the "radio" / resonance therapy?
Light ginger highlights…..
I've got two spots about the size of a quarter on my shoulder and back. I've had them biopsied, this keratosis is what they are. Could I use a store bought wart freezer to do the same thing?
Another video said use tea tree oil twice a day. Might work. ..can't hurt.
I tried and it didn’t work.
@@mariantreber8055, tea tree oil worked on mine. I put it on at night and as it dried I could rub them off, took a bit of time though.
