A summary of the last three years. From being diagnosed with bipolar and dealing with weight gain and giving up alcohol and smoking to finding the gym and working towards a goal of competing in bodybuilding at some point in the future.
Do you ever try to match or give your daughter similar meals as you? Might be worth a try, for the things you know she will like and that you’ll sit down together to eat.

I’m here from your Instagram. I would be interested to know what you eat, could you do a “what I eat in a day or week” video. I’m trying to lose weight myself and so far I’ve lost over a stone by counting calories using the My Fitness Pal app (started end of July). I think I need more inspiration on meals. Great video xx
