@worthnotworth687 the sound is there only. When I raised a concern regarding the same at my nearest service station they told me that this is the nature of IVT,and when I checked it in other new cars of stockyard, this sound was there too.

Honestly speaking I had the same thought and was confused. But I am very happy with you IVT Automatic. It's a stress free driving experience mainly in traffic. I was driving Verna diesel manual.. So you can imagine the power level I was driving.. So I would recommend that you can buy auto and form coming years you will enjoy stress free drive

Go for IVT Automatic.. it will take a week or so to get used to but as the admin said it has stress free driving.. i am coming from a Honda diesel manual and was confused as well.. but went for IVT auto... it has a petrols stability.. mileage via eco mode and it also has enough power on tap via sport mode whenever I need it on hills n ghats and Highways etc. Don't waste more money on DCT turbo or n line.. go for IVT auto petrol if your running is within 100km per day and diesel if more. Your left leg will thank us once you experience comfortable driving when u use the stop and go and auto Hold functions.

I get usually around 11 to 13 kmph in traffic conditions depends on the jams this figure even get impacted

Hello Dear, I would recommend you to try refueling complete tank and test your average. 700km sometimes engine take time to give proper performance. What is the tyre pressure you are maintaining?

See by doing this method ensures that the car's weight isn't resting on the parking pawl. If you don't use the handbrake, you'll be putting constant pressure on the parking pawl and transmission components which will eventually fail, leading to costly repairs.

Honestly I have tested both but I would recommend you Creta as it is far more better than Kia in terms of space inside.. You won't feel less space due to interior calibration

If the reading is between L and F then its completely fine. Its the company recommended level for engine oil. When you take your car for 2nd servicing they will change the engine oil and fill it upto the F (full) mark. This is also fine. I also bought new Creta Petrol 6 months ago and the engine oil level was exactly in middle between the L and F mark. By the time my car had done 8000 kms, the oil level lowered a little bit. It was near the L mark, but still above it. So I took my car for 2nd servicing and they filled it upto the F mark. ONE VERY IMPORTANT point to keep in mind with new BS6 Phase 2 engines: Hyundai now recommends 0W-20 engine oil for all petrol BS6 cars as compared to earlier's 5W-30 engine oil. This is because BS6 fuel (petrol/diesel) has lower sulphur content resulting in lower mileage. So in order to keep the mileage same with pre-BS6 phase 2 cars, they have started using 0W-20, as this thinner oil increases mileage and offsets the difference caused by lower sulphur content BS6 fuel. The only downside is that this thinner oil is made for cold climates and easily evaporates faster in out hot Indian climate conditions. This is why my engine oil lowered to L mark in a brand new car. I have never had this happened with my other three BS4 cars. Solution? Hyundai offers two option: Semi-synthetic 0W-20 for around Rs 1700 and Fully-synthetic 0W-30 for Rs 3400. Choose the better oil 0W-30. Its slighty thicker and fully synthetic, meaning it won't evaporate easily like 0W-20 in our hot climate. It will provide the same mileage as both being "0W" grade oil. With 0W-30 you won't have to worry about oil burning and consumption before the next servicing. With 0W-20, you need to keep an eye out regularly if your car is driven a lot in bumper to bumper traffic in hot climate.

I am also of your height and had back issue. So I can understand your pain. Don't worry as I have made few changes in seating I am very happy with comfort. You are 100 percent true. The driver seating position is not good in creta 2024. I have pain at my right knee and unable to walk properly. All this started after driving new creta which j bought a month ago. Some people even reported their left leg is paining as there is no enough space for leg position.

Go for IVT. MT.. It's a great choice
