There is a CD on the Mainstem label called "This Is All I Ask" (by Gordon Jenkins) which includes some beautiful ballads in standout performances - especially Don't Worry Bout Me, It Never Entered My Mind, How Long Has This Been Going On? and Round Midnight. All those songs are sung so beautifully they are my go-to performances for vocal music. I first heard you Colin back in 1990/91 when you did a live Radio 2 broadcast one Monday lunchtime with David Jacobs and the BBC Radio Big Band under Jack Parnell and you did a marvellous Have You Met Miss Jones? and a song called Daddy Green (never heard that one before or since) To swing live like that on a Monday lunchtime - incredible. I hope you are well.

Now I'll be irritated for the rest of the day after hearing that kind of annoying laughter

Recorded in "down time" in Odyssey studios in London in 1985. Great fun to make and perfect for listening to at this time of the year in Winter 2020!
