Miniature 1:12 Scale Grand Piano
Hi from Miss Diorama! In this video I show you how I made a Miniature 1:12 Scale Grand Piano that you could also make for yourself. I got the original file from the following link;

However, I made some changes to the design. First, I made it smaller - it was made for 3.8mm thick material - I needed it to be made for 3.0mm & 1.5mm thick material, I also made it to be in 1:12 Scale, I added some features including the Music Stand & the Pedal assembly as well as the internal works, some hinges & I also corrected the keyboard to a standard 88 key / 7 Octave Keyboard, with a red felt strip that sits above the keys.
I hope you enjoy this video; there will be another video coming soon where I show you how I make a Piano Stool for this Miniature 1:12 Scale Piano as well as a 1:12 Scale Room Box for this Miniature Piano to go in.

Great suggestion! I have made palm trees before in my Holiday Beach House Video using wire and hot glue and laser cut fronds
@@MissDiorama I don’t have a laser cutter/printer. Any ideas,suggestions on making palm fronds another way? Something low budget?😄 (I don’t mind a tedious method; I hand carved all the individual treads for a Terminator HK tank)
How long does it take to make a forest with this method?
I find the best way for something like that is to mass produce the product by doing each step, (trimming,drilling holes,etc…),as many times as number of trees wanted. It might be slow going at first, but the result is all the trees will be done at the same time. This method also ensures consistency .

I like it. It's interesting, but I fail to comprehend the main structure. Is it a tree stump with a grass top? A mushroom with grass top? I'm not disparaging you work; the execution is very nicely done, I just don't really get what you were going for with the domed, grass covered top? Of coarse I left a thumbs up! :)
