Actually the Beatles ARE insanely queer. George had a very close relationship *cough* with Bob Dylan. Ringo had no issue singing a song about loving boys and is a very tender and feminine dude. John and Paul are a whole universe aside from any other thing in the world, but suffice to say even Yoko said Paul was a threat to her relationship with John and she was comforted that Paul is a guy, and Paul said he stepped away from his dynamic with John because he was “the ex-girlfriend” and he didn’t want to be in the way of Yoko and John’s new relationship. Also, all of their friends, collaborators and George Martin called it a wedding, and called them each other’s wife. Beatles’ historians too. They also spent the 70s writing messages to each other in their songs, and in 1980 they agreed to get together and write songs again because, as Linda said, Paul needed John just as much as John needed him. They were supposed to write stuff in December but the studio they wanted to record in was taken so they decided to do it in January, but in December John was murdered. Which means a month made the entire difference between Lennon/McCartney being a recording duo again and the current situation. Speaking of John, he said in no uncertain terms that he was attracted to men. Speaking of Paul, every man who ever interacted with him always ended up flirting with him. And he was always eager to play along because he’s, well, a pretty princess with a praise kink who likes being looked at and being told he’s a good boy. Anyway, their solo careers are insane too. Gotta say I’m a Paul girlie so I’ve been waxing poetics on his solo career, but George, John and Ringo had pretty successful solo careers too (and if not solo, they had side-projects like George’s other band The Traveling Wilburys and Paul’s Wings). Anyway, I think rather than talking about their personality, talking about their music and their cultural importance could have been useful, like how they refused to perform for segregated audiences when they went to the US and their star power was so huge that states with segregation laws accepted to have un-segregated audiences at their shows. Also, they clearly were all cool with queer people given how their manager Brian Epstein was a gay man and they knew it. Musically speaking, they might as well have popularized the kind of instrumental distortions hard rock and metal would later use, they also popularized psychedelic and progressive rock, they also brought tape loops to popular music, and they were generally always experimenting with new music technologies. Like the crescendo in A Day In The Life was Paul’s idea because he was really into avant-garde music and was into alternative ways to compose music (like Stockhausen was). That insane wall of sound was his idea. As for George and Ringo, they have some really awesome bangers, and not one of the songs they wrote/sang with The Beatles is a bad one. I also find Ringo’s voice to be very soothing and adorable, and I find George’s smiles and laugh to come straight from heaven. I truly do also believe if you kiss a tree you’re kissing his cheek because he really was and still is a precious sassy baby. Hold on, I said I’m a Paul girlie. True, but I love all of them so much. Hell, I love their girlfriends and wives too (especially Linda, Jane, Cynthia, Olivia, Pattie and May Pang). And their pets, especially Martha and all the cats they had. Oh, and no introduction to the Beatles would be complete without mentioning how FUNNY they all are. Seriously, you just recommend TH-cam of their funny moments’ compilations and their Midsummer Night’s Dream sketch, the “Paul and Ringo being two grannies”, “Paul tells a dirty joke” and you’re done. Anyway, great work 👌

I definitely don’t think Yoko was the main cause of the break up, but I hate her for other reasons. Regardless of the Beatles breakup she’s a terrible person
