In between the 2 closets in the living room would make a cute office nook. You could grow plants or start seeds for a vegetable garden in the entrance area with all those windows. What direction does the house face? Very cute house. Looks like good bones.

You have Jalousie Windows - typically found in older homes in the South. The lawnmowers - they must have worked and were probably still good for someone to want to save them. Don't discard until you see if they just need fuel. Personally, where I'm staying now, when I walked in - there were soft spots on the floor and an actual hole in the floor covered by an old door😬 There was 💩(????) smeared on the walls & graffiti😬. Regardless, I composed myself & went to Homedepot & got a cheap can of OOPS paint (paint that wasn't quite the color someone was trying to match - in my case it was a powder blue ooops can. I bought it home and painted over the "brown" stuff on the walls. It instantly showed me what was possible in putting effort into the home. One wall, one room gave me hope & a new ooompf to keep going. Long story short - a year later, every wall has been primed & repainted, added inexpensive, but some good mini blinds from Wal-Mart. OSB floor boards were bought one at a time over a span of a few months until all the flooring was purchased. Later I had a carpenter come in and nail them securely, bought 8 X 9 vinyl sheet flooring from Ollies for $29.00. My place looks 1,000 times better. Remember - baby steps - baby steps

We brought a 28 year old Mobile home and fixed it up. Everyone loves it! Habitat for Humanity is your friend. Goodwill, Salvation Army, yard sales, the side of the curb in good areas, etc.

Hello Elle, Wondering about your purchase. Here’s some questions to consider… Did you buy the property(land) & the tiny house (dwelling)? Does it have a septic tank or plumbing going to the sewer? Does it have water connections & plumbing… any leaks? Do you need a hot water tank? Do you have safe electricity… meaning has the electrical been inspected? How is the tiny house heated? Do you need to replace windows? Have you had the ceiling & roof inspected for replacement costs? You probably know that kitchens & bathrooms are the most expensive rooms to replace. Do you need some walkways or tiny patios? Be sure to get estimates in advance on each room… as well as for the ceilings & roof repairs or replacements. Add them all up to know what your costs will be. Praying the repairs & refurbishing costs will fit your budget. Blessings….
