It doesn’t necessarily have a point. For me this video is about the fact that clouds are absolutely beautiful in real life, even though they bring storms. But those storms bring rain and that ultimately feeds growth. I think what I’m trying to say is that when I personally look back at what has happened to me in life, it’s the storms I remember with a certain fondness because I survived them and came out a better person. But you have to form your own opinion, this is just mine😊

We put full kit on sometimes when doing pads so that we get the same feeling as in a fight. Because you sometimes feel slow if you go from training with no kit to fighting in full kit. So it’s just an added speed exercise. But not always😂
