4 Non Blondes was an American rock band from San Francisco, active from 1989 to 1994. Their only album, Bigger, Better, Faster, More!, spent 59 weeks on the Billboard 200 and sold 1.5 million copies between 1992 and 1994. They hit the charts in 1993 with the release of the album's second single, "What's Up?".

в девяностых я запоем читал западные книги хлынувшие на отделения почты деревень и поселков бывшего СССР, фантастику, сестра записывала с радио песни на касетный магнитофон и слушала в нашей комнате, мне было лет 15 когда я услышал эту песню, она плотно асоциировалась с однной книгой " Универсальный солдат" по которому был снят фильм с Лунгерном и Вандамом, слов песни я не понимал, исполнителя не знал, просто мотив постоянно играл у сестры на магнитофоне..... Мне 43 я случайно нашел эту пестню, вспоминаю все свое детство, книгу, песни пеервод нашел прочел - удивился)
