He seems knowledgable, but doesn't pay subcontractors. I am still owed over $7,000 from doing work on Andy's "flips" 2 years later. Not because he wasn't pleased with our work. We passed all inspections and we are a well known contractor. No call backs, no email response, no texts back. Knowledgable about real estate?, Yes. A man of his word who pays his subs? No.

As always buddy, you have your finger on the pulse of this crazy market, and are always willing to help anyone and everyone.
