This was a test using my newly acquired Andoer 360° video camera. The area is El Chaparral, Torrevieja Spain. For only £133.00 the quality is not really any worse than others I have compared with here on youtube at this time. Hi Lawrence Hart, The quality is not adjustable it films in the best quality it can offer. It does lose some quality when making it suitable for youtube as a 360 video. In youtube you have the option to watch in 1080hd. This particular camera stopped functioning and the support is sparse to say the least. It seems this same camera has been rebranded by many companies and is not high quality. I would recommend spendinga little more and going for the Richo Theta S ( amzn.to/2ikIDr0 ) as it offeres a better quality still pictures and videos. Also the support is far better and so is the guarantee. you get what you pay for I suppose.
A phone's screen is small compared to a desktop or laptop monitor so you don't notice the quality. Try capturing a picture on your phone, then transport it to a full screen monitor at full screen and it is relative in scale... the bigger it is, the worse it looks, but the smaller the screen, the less you'll see the bad quality and think it great.
