Nice :) I used the spike signal from logics test oscillator as mentioned in the video. I don't know how it looks like but it's probably just a short impulse (spike) as the name suggests. Hope that helps :)

That's expected (if I understand you correctly). To avoid it you would have to let the allpass follow the pitch.

@@gt4032 that it only lasts 15 minutes. Theres no way to tell if its any good in that little time. Almost seemed like they knew people would realize some bugs in a longer demo. Friend of mine already found a couple. And like for a 200€ product surely you can expect atleast a few days of demo time

As mentioned in the video I've only had a few hours to get to know the synth. But my first impressions are quite positive. It sounds excellent, it never crashed, modulation assignments work as expect and the visualizations are top. As a 1.0 version it is still a bit ruff around the edges. The modulation amount is not shown properly on the destination (see video) and the MSEGs are not quite on par with Serum or Vital yet. The CPU usage is quite low and the animations are top. There is no documentation yet as far as I know, but if you know Serum or Vital the interface is quite intuitive. I haven't seen the demo video if there is one. I suggest you try out the demo and if you are uncertain wait for a few updates which usually come quite quickly after a 1.0 release. I just couldn't wait :)

Yes, they is only one person, and he is working on the synth. He listens to us and is happy to answer your Q’s. f.i. I asked him to lengthen the ADSR times, (they are 5 sec’s max now) and it is gonna be upgraded. Also the GUI is smallish, but can be magnafied now. So yes it is maintained. And it sounds beautifull. I made some increddible bells, FM pianos, leads and pads. And for trance well this TH-cam movie says enough!! It is a beast.

I wouldn't say killer, more of a welcome addition. Serum still has its very unique set of features and sound which I wouldn't want to miss :).

so many have been called serum killers but guess what? serum is still leading the pack. It made its own place. other synths can do more but serum has its flow thats hard to beat. synths like GHOST also just carve out their own niche which is great for me. I get to try out so many sources for different sound design. I like phase plant but still lean towards serum mostly because I write bass music and the preset library is ridiculous. like abelton, having so many users it creates a huge source from the community and 3rd party companies.

Hard to say from afar. What I usually do in such cases is opening an empty project and try it there. Just to avaoid that nothing is interfereing. If that soesn't work you're most likely doing something wrong. So time to open the manual or search for a tutorial. Sometimes the devil is in the details ... Good luck!

@@theRumbleChannel What I meant to say is what is the routing? Obviously this is on an audio channel and not an instrument channel. How do I arm the audio with the device you made (I replicated it by doing the same as you did in the video) but I get no audio coming thru the channel whatsoever. I see you did this via a clip launcher, can you route the audio channel with Iwish gridfx to another channel?

Alternatively you can use the Window module which is designed to sum to 1 with itself when shifted at regular interval (like 0% + 50%, or 0% + 25% + 50% + 75%), so you can use multiple Recorder devices with their phase shifted to make the grains even smoother.

Using the transfer module is great idea :)

You could use Slopes module as well instead of Curves, wrap and amplify. Turn off the phase precord, change the grid to 2x1, draw two triangles and call it a day.

The idea of the video, and the chnnel, is to educate people so that they can build this kind of stuff themselve. I think it's well worth it in th long run. Otherwise I would just sell it on some platform. But of course feel free to ask questions if something is unclear or not working for you. 😃
