Caring for Your Skin: Tips for Radiant Skin from the Inside Out
Thank you!
How unfortunate that scientists also fall prey to pseudoscience. You do not need zinc in your sunscreen, and this is the real science.
Mine's been itchy recently😂 so thank you!🎉❤
your video tittle is to long . include the perfect and video beaze tittle to generate more traffic.
What if I don’t have Vaseline? I already put Aquaphor and I have been using that on cuts for a while, and I have never gotten an allergic reaction
Mine is always irritated every time I put on lotion but it never works. So I have to staynd cool or I'll never be better again
False information ALERT
So the ancient tradition of dry brushing is damaging but botox and fillers aren’t??!
She never said botox and fillers aren't damaging
I watched clips where she talks about botox, fillers, face lifts etc and although she's not actively promoting these treatments she also doesn't mention many of the potential dangers associated with them as she seems to do here. I just found the double standards funny.
What type of laser is it? I really hate them on my skin! 😢
I’m 62 years old and have I’ve had 2 Ellacore treatments. I did them when I was 60 at six months apart. I still have texture issues on my mid face, at this age it’s not enough and the expectations are disappointing.
I wanna do that! I wanna clean my face before moisturizing! But ... my skin is tired ... I want to apply moisturizer more than once a day, because I feel my face is sick, the skin on my face is sick, tight, and dry, and I anticipate irritation and tightness to occur with every cleansing, eventhough I switched from a Salysilic acid gel cleanser, to a dry skin labeled soap-free cleanser!
I’m About to start red light I have some melasma fingers crossed 🤞
This was extremely informative!! Thank you so much for taking the time to thoroughly walk through your experience and discuss your recommendations!
I just started Retin-A about 10 days ago. I’m not brave enough for around my eyes. It’s going well. 0.05%. ❤️🫶🏼
I like your videos. Short and precise. Also, no unnecessary product suggestions. What is the treatment you are using morning and night?
Hi from Saudi Arabia
There are no cures for wrinkles also except a face lift.
Heather I just finished listening to your episode on Well Podcast with Arielle Lorre. It was great. I love how honest you were about lasers, products and not wanting to be loyal to the companies who create the lasers but your patients. Love your integrity.
So ointment from yesterday i wash away clean?
My daughter was told keep it dry and if her cut gets wet come straight back in. It’s a severe cut with 7 stitches.
Ik this is probably too late but I was always told when I split my finger to clean any dry blood with soap and water then apply something to keep it moist then I would wrap with gauze and vet wrap
Yo what’s with the eyes?’ That’s creepy
Nutrafol is a biotin based product
Overgrowth of sweat glands? Don’t you mean sebaceous glands?
😅😅😅 I love all these comments
You don’t have good skin tho 😊
What do we use as a moisturizer on our face afterward...?
Thank you for your video! I had Belkyra a week and a half ago and I am in the « wabble » phase and I was starting to stress out because it is quite intense. Your video reassured me right away!
Can you get the cut wet?
Hello doctor can we also apply moisturizer after shampoo
Can you tell me is it normal at 3 months to see no crinkles under my eyes when smiling and other days they appear?? It’s driving me crazy. 🤪 one day look great next day not so good. I did ask if we can do another co2 after my six month wait period, it would be my third and she said no I have to wait a year She did do two six months apart. So why can’t I do another?
I call BS. 😅
So you don't cleanse or properly wash off your night treatment or moisturiser in the morning? You just rinse your face to remove any sweat or dust, and then go in with your day products? That way, only cleansing once a day? Is that correct?
NOT true
Cranial hypertension was my condition. Rare but I got it. When I stopped it resolved.
Great for my lymphatic system. Clearly by the comments people are benefiting from it
Maybe your skin
Not true
Your skin looks great! I’m amazed that you have no visible grid lines from the laser procedure post treatment. I recently had CO2 laser and I had visible grid lines for at least 9 days post procedure.
Thank you:)
I will never give up dry brushing. I’m addicted and have noticeably improved skin and circulation.
Or you can recommend a derma in toronto???
A much is the treatment and where you are located?
But will it heal or will it only slow down the healing process
Well this was stupid.
You didnt revommend a low level light therapy device its hard to know whats legit. Do you have recommendations on a brand?
A brush does not scrape your skin. I wouldn’t recommend this video people
@@codedresilience5239 maybe when done correctly but I want people to be careful because I see irritated and scrapped skin from dry brushing regularly. The massage, lymphatic drainage and increase blood flow are wonderful for your skin.
Keep it in the fridge and make your own from your food. I haven’t found it to be messy or to attract flies but it would make sense since it is a natural product without chemicals and preservatives unlike store bought junk. The fact that it can go rancid is not a bad thing, that means it’s real food. Tallow is like health food for your skin while many store bought lotions are the equivalent of a Twinkie that will never go bad.
This might be the dumbest take I've watched so far. It doesn't attract flies It doesn't go rancid. You're confusing that with seed oils. You can make food that lasts 20 years by drying it and mixing it with Tallow. It doesn't go rancid.
I love your channel and the sensible, educated advice you give us. Thank you so much for sharing!
Thank you for your direct honesty
