I thought the repeated scenes worked very well, they fit the music and the song choice was totally appropriate. It could have been written for this character. I found it haunting. I only recently discovered these characters and I never saw him as a villain, but misunderstood and actually very sad. I hope to see him starring in something else someday.

He wasn't killed or lost to the lifestream. In fact was alive during the events of advent children even. If you watch the end of crisis core he is carried out by zack and left in Benora. Where nero and weiss from dirge take him to deepground. Later he is asked by Weiss to help him overthrow the rest of the world. But Genesis turns it down and seals himself in a cave till such a time when he is need by the world.

i don't like how the goddess turn's him down and i feel sorry for him

@NextBlazeEx Sephiroth is pissed because he was betrayed by Shinra. He was born an experiment, he was lied to. Never told the truth. He was so pissed his whole existence was in question to him.

This song fits Genesis so well. He went through all of his life hoping to be accepted and to be a hero and never did he really do either. It must have broke his heart when he wasn't accepted by the Godess. This song explains me too, that's why I love Genesis so much. Nice job.

its just like everyother geneisis video they all have the sephiroth geneisis and angeal fight scene along with the one where he goes to the goddes

i enjoyed the concept of this vid with the song and the character but not the fact there was quite a bit of repeated scences and very close together

in act 2 isnt after the phrase "healer of worlds" it says "dreams of the morrow hath the shattered soul, pride is lost wings stripped away, the end is nigh"

well i think that not much people liked genesis...

i always liked the "silent sacrifice" part cos of tha feather... plus the fact in the other recitings of this poem, there isnt the video parts where he says it and theres the hole "shutup im warning you" instead of "shut you" so lol @ that and i think this vid needs and deserves way more views than this...
