The Fenix IID is a rare vintage analog modular synthesizer implementing banana jacks and was available as a short run of DIY kits, including the use of vactrols in its design as opposed to ICs. Here is a brief demo video showing a wide range of sounds and tones from a patch involving the built-in sequencer, all three oscillators and the delay section.
