At 7:42 you might have forgotten to put the ball bearing back in at the bottom of the anvil?
The biggest problem is the stud holes don't sit perfectly around the circle your cutting as the bore doesn't line up with the sqish cut and the the stud holes. Off center unless you're lucky .You may have to drill bigger holes in the head for adjustment .
What did you use to clean the tools?

Use two cylinder base gaskets and see if that helps.

Reed fra CR125 samt innsug. Reedhuset er sveiset opp og maskinert ut for å passe Reed

Is the compression lower after the machining?
Yes, it is lower. When you have a high rpm engine, you cannot use a top with high compression as original tops often are. This will cause it to become extremely hot and often not clear revs above 10K.
@@bacardii95 I got a vintage 125cc 2 stroke Kawasaki. It has a breaker points ignition system so I think the max rpm is around 10k. The stock compression is 6.4. Would you suggest raising the compression since the max rpm is 10k?
idle is crazy high tho, i personaly think the 65 would go well with a 21mm carb because a ported mtx engine creates perfect flow velocity and maximizes the throttle response, i have a mtx80 liquid cooled, ported as much as possible, cylinder case matched and all, running a stock reed cage which i dremeled out for bigger opennings and used malosi 0,4 carbon reeds, now running pe26 carb, 24 carb was not enough for full throttle so 26 is good for most of the powerband, hope the info helps

Long time ago, I had a MB5 converted to 5 gears, 125mm Eurokit cylinder and head, 36mm mikuni and a Homoet exhaust. It was absolutely retarded 🤣🤣 I survived, somehow. Terrified me more that my 916 I still have.
It had only one mode, wheelie mode, up to the 5th gear. Absolutely bonkers.
@@rickyrico80 Hey, you remember what nozzle you used? I had the exact same setup, except for my mikuni perhaps being 32mm or something. Don't remember.
@@GreenIllness tbh were talking 1996 so I'm not sure what the nozzle was. What I do remember is that I reamed it at some point to about the diameter of a pin because the local shop didn't go that far. As I said that 125 euro was insane. Unfortunately at some point a piston ring snapped and the barrel got scraped. And at some point somebody stole the carb as it was just in a rubber to the reed valves. Some people lol 😆 It's a shame pretty much all MBs are scrapped at this point there's nothing like it ever since. And the sound of that Homoet was the best thing ever.
@@GreenIllness also I believe the Mikuni came from a 250 dirt bike that's why the weird mounting. I believe the "official" models for MB/MT went to 26 or 28mm

Hello. I don't know what it does, maybe it has some function as a rev counter. but apparently it doesn't need to be connected when you use setting 1,2,3

hei. har en portet Athena 125cc sylinder på min mt80 ,men den hakker litt med 155 main jet og skiven på øverste hakket. ville du anbefalt å gå opp i main jet og ned på skiven på nålen? 30mm pwk forgasser
hei. hvordan farge har du på pluggen etter kjøring ? er pluggen svart så må du ned på main jet. er den lys så må du opp på main jet. bruk pluggen som pekepin på hvilken dyse du bør bruke. hvis du flytter klipset på nåla ned vil den få mer bensin.
Ok takk for svar . Prøver med en 175 dyse nå på keihin 30mm pwk nå senere idag og flytter klipset til midten og ser. Prøvde med 105 ,men da hakket den enda værre. Står 38 pilot jet på fra forgasser ble kjøpt. Den 36mm dellortoen som fulgte med sylinderen hadde 195 main jet og klipset på nest nederste hakk.
175 ble for stort , hørte den var råtten på tomgang og når jeg ga gass. Hørte at en som brukte 135 jet . Får prøve det når de kommer i posten

Hello i have a m18 onefhiwf12 with the same electrical problem 0:26 did you catch were was the problem i have taken it back to Milwaukee for the second time they have been good with the warranty, they have fixed it but they haven’t caught the problem
Hello. Don't know exactly what the error is. But I think there might be some problem with the controlboard. Or a break in one of the coils in the stator. so it doesn't get the current it needs to pull the rotor around in high speed.
Physical abuse does not cover warranty😂

Honda MTX 50 cylinder Head! I did this procedure by hand and measured the squish using solder. It more a less turned out exactly the same. Makes a nice boost to HP with the 65cc Athena Kit.

I think the 3/4 i better, but they have the same specs.
They are identical except for drive size 1/2 or 3/4 and also the hammer is interchangeable
At 2:42 “more problems” those wires do not need to be connected to that black board, because when you re-assemble it appears that they are not connected
Hej hur mycket varvar din motor? Har en likadan cylle på min Sachs 5vx men får den inte att gå riktigt. Varvar som mest ca 11000 men när jag lägger i 4an orkar den inget, hamnar under där pipan går in. Pipan är en kopia på YZ125cc.
Hei. den varvar 13.000 +. men den trenger riktig portning for å fungere bra. har nylig testet en som inte er portet og den leverte over 21hk på hjulet med en hemgjord eksos enn den jeg bruker i filmen.

You started by mounting the piston , l am curious about any measurements taken ? Was it for getting the angle or disclose created by the top of the piston or shape?
