Fun fact: it's never given too much attention, but Ferus Olin is in fact gay it was something that I never noticed when I was a child, but learning after the fact makes me appreciate everyone working on this more for taking that sort of risk in the mid 2000s these days atypical sexualities have become somewhat of a gimic to so many authors, as if that substitutes a story arc or personality, that's just a crutch, and that isn't the case here. Ferus Olin has all of that. He's a gay man who lived under an order who taught him not to love, an order that meant everything, and went up in smoke because of his greatest rival, and even the allies he meets and befriends suffer because of that, but what keeps him going is the value in those lessons, and that is why I needed to make this video. I’m actually liking most of the valid points you’ve listed, to be honest, I haven’t dived much into the “Beserk” franchise frankly I lean towards liking the “OVA” style, but again 2016 style was a lot better and highly detailed. Looking back at the “dub and sub” versions and their differences, I mean I wouldn’t really care to be honest I prefer both to be very eccentric and amusing. Other then “OOT” question, I loved the anime “Fist of the North Star” Kenshiro was an all time favorite, other then that great job you’ve depicted it very good.
