Normally you’d want to replace everything because the compressor may have released small metal shavings into the system. Sometimes you can get away with only replacing just the compressor. Truly it comes down to how much you want to pay.

What I would do is when the vehicles in the relearn setting skip that first tire that’s not working. If you can get the other three tires to program. That’s indicating the sensor in the fourth tire needs to be replaced.

Does the info center show any of the tires are working?

Yes! When the light and error first showed up... my back left rear tire wasn't reading (no numbers shown) and now my front left tire isn't showing a reading but the rear is showing again. Right sensors have been fine.

@@karenstailey5910 I would start by trying to relearn all 4 tires. If the problem tire won’t relearn and that sensor more than likely needs to be replaced.

@@ToolboxTipz I'm lucky to only have a €5 fiat diesel, the €6 ad-blue reservoir was an after-afterthought being at the edge of the engine bay. Look it up: Fiat Qubo 1.3 mjet €6 engine bay. So much space to fit 3 mechanics inside and they still fkd up 😂

It doesn’t specify, but I know you need an adapter at the minimum

As long as you get the Toyota version it will be a good scanner, this is the GM version so it won’t work with Toyota unless you purchase the add on

The battery in the TPMS sensor is probably dead, you’ll need to replace that sensor.

@@ToolboxTipzi tried this after getting a new one put in and it’s still not working on the front right tire. What else could it be?

@@ciaraclark4022 do the other 3 tires set if you skip the one that isn’t working? Are you using the tool or releasing air?

It’s only for one vehicle depending on the model you buy. You can buy updates that let you work on other vehicles
