hi guys, im an fpv drone pilot building my first hover craft using the matek elrs pwm board but im sooo confused!!im wondering is there anyone willing to offer me some knowledge please. i have a prt 1 build video on my channel already and a new one set to premiere today at 3pm UK time where you will see i hit a metaphorical brick wall and have no idea how to even get power to the PWM board, i also have 2 motors that have an esc each and a lipo each which both are wired the the pwm which scares me as 1 is a 6s and 1 is a 4s, does the servo need a lipo too hahahaaa jeeeez so many questions but i genuinely cant find soild answers any where, please help or ill cry....a lot!!!

Hi, I have two of these and have noticed that the gyro isn't set up the right way! With no steering input, when the car turns left, the gyro turns the wheels left which is the opposite of what you want. When you drive it, you'll notice that the car tends to turn too tight (like on your video) making it difficult to drive (contrary to what you say). Try driving in a straight line fast then take a wide corner : the car will turn in the corner even more and can even end up in doughnuts making it difficult to control precisely. Can you confirm?

Hi I connected my R24D to Matek CRSF to PWM converter The R24D has a solid red LED but the Converter blink blue It seems it already connect with my remote since it has network icon and disappear when I disconect the Receiver But I have a problem. The Servo didn't move even though I toggle the remote *Previously I already binded the RX and TX. I used F405Wing and installed INAV. Nice review and looks like a nice model. On the HK Skipper, HK Skipper XL / RC Lander, Joysway and I think the original Model Aero Polaris the CG was on the step but on this it looks a bit far back. Only other potential negative I can see is it's a bit of a shame there isn't the facility for CF reinforcement of the ailerons or the built-in ability to position the servos in the wings. Having the control horns so close to the control surface edge places a lot of strain (torque) on the foam which makes up the ailerons, and without reinforcement they're very likely to weaken over time and go sloppy / out of trim. The thickness of the tail is also not ideal but OTOH you're probably not going to go fast with this or worry too much about efficiency. I'd suggest sinking a CF strip sideways or a CF rod into the ailerons, applying glass reinforced tape to the underside of the fuselage, pinned or at least reinforced hinges, a 1500mAh 3s for best handling and a stiff 7x4 prop if the clearance is there. These models tend not to be speed demons but do benefit from high thrust, especially on water.

hmm.. i wonder if i can use my "moon filter" from my telescope? what strength of ND filter should i be aiming for for the runcam5 orange?

im using these on a Colibri(cncdrones) frame 3in with a speedybee f405 mini & 28amp hglrc esc 20x20 ,gf 3028 3r. not a fan of AIO boards

I don't agree with you that it's a toy grade car for several reasons. Also, toy grade RC cars don't have built-in gyros.

I am using ELRS, I dont think it really matters where I put the antenna, I NEVER failsafe.

I’ve just got mine and it’s having problems if u just bump into things a little bit it will unbind from the controller and then have trouble binding up again, I’m not sure what’s wrong with it? Any help please 🙏🏾

Hi Richard. I did an experiment where I put the throttle for a fixed wing plane on channel 6. I set the 'Switch Mode' to 'Wide and the 'Telem Ratio' to '1:8'. This way, the throttle has for it's resolution 128 positions with a refresh rate of 62 Hz. I haven't flow a plane with this, but on the bench, I don't think I'll be able to tell the difference. This gives me four, full resolution channels for Left Aileron, Elevator, Rudder and Right Aileron. What do you think?
