I love the sound of these trams! 👍
Nicely captured! ☀😎 👍
Sounds exactly like a Toronto T1 car.
Nostalgia
Does this train runs until midnight
Reminds me of the time I took the LA Metro from Union Station up to Beverly Hills - this was about 15 years ago when it wasn't extremely dangerous as it is now. Stay safe when filming these videos! Thank you :)
Wow so that's where all the BR 508,317,318 and 319s went to. Talk about upcycling 70's rolling stock and calling them 'new'
Wish Metro a happy Christmas man and a happy new year🎉 😎
What an unusual sounding horn. It sounds so foreign.
Sounds like a electric horn. Not foreign at all
Why is it terminating at Willowbrook?
First Time I've Ever Heard a Shave an a Haircut on a LA Metrorail Train
Caltrain got electrification.
Update : 3 years later and i still watch this video i feel old... time flies...
It's so sad that the f40phs are not around anymore T_T
I’m not I’m happy that they’re finally electrifying some of these lines we need that in the US
0:37 Car 1183 moved to the A Line last year but 3 months ago it’s returned to the C.
New electric trains right?
Yep!
They’re ugly though
Good catch
This Is Not Government Plaza Station, This Is Nicollet Mall Station!
I rode the Orange Metro Bus around LA City areas. Some students use their IDs when riding out in the community.
Metrolink has Electrification just like Caltrain in the future.
Do students take the Orange City Bus for Field Trips such as going Shopping at Target, Walmart, Malls, or other places? They have their school IDs.
1:15 the backlights aren’t working
Hi
Bro i just realized its already been 3 years since I became a fan of lacmta in September
Great!
As announced officially by LA Metro, big changes are coming soon with two of LA Metro's light rail lines the C and the K on November 3rd of this year. The C Line's western terminus will be rerouted from Redondo Beach to LAX Airport at the future LAX/Metro Transit Center station. However, the C Line will temporarily end at the future Aviation/Century station with the future LAX/Metro Transit Center station portion to undergo eight weeks of pre-revenue testing with its trains. The existing C Line stations from Redondo Beach to Mariposa will be taken over by the K Line, as that line will extend from Westchester/Veterans to Redondo Beach. However, the K Line will first be broken into two segments: the existing K Line route from 2022, and the existing C Line route to Redondo Beach to be part of the K Line, also because of the eight weeks of pre-revenue testing with its trains. Any passenger traveling the K Line to and from Redondo Beach and Expo/Crenshaw would have to take the C and K Line link shuttle bus to get to and from the future Aviation/Century station and the existing Westchester/Veterans station. The Aviation/LAX C Line station will be renamed as Aviation/Imperial station once LAX/Metro Transit Center station opens.
Uh-oh; it's another TIN CAN FROM HELL!
Kinki Sharyo p3010
Nice catch!
Glad you enjoyed it
Be sure to catch the copper line soon!
thanks
Sounds like an old siemens p2000

Been a (very long) time!
Wow it's pretty cool to see this
Great, thanks
This system was just suspended because they ran out of money
Nice video!
One ugly looking trolley, looks like giant aluminum foil cheap imitation👎👎.
Nice looking trolley👏👍👍.
900 and terrific video
Rip 2000 series
I just CAN'T wait for the green line to be extended farther eastward, at least to the Norwalk Metrolink station! Also, the line needs to be extended past its present Redondo Beach terminal, to San Pedro. A provision could further be allowed for a connection to the A line just north of the Pacific street station.
A Line Glendora - Pomona train testing begins today (July 8th) and ends on New Year's Eve
So, you mean the "kickoffs" have begun ("kickoffs" being the passengers kicked off the train at APU)!
@@CraigFThompson No. Pre-revenue begins when the Foothill Gold Line authority hands it over to Metro which is after New Year's. They have dedicated trains for testing first, then when pre-revenue start, that's when all trains begin operating the new section normally and kicking people off at APU.
Please, for goodness sakes be careful down there
For the love of God, be careful down there
Thank God there's "only" 50 of these horrible FREIGHT CARS!!
Please stop referring to the lines by their outdated designations. This is the A line. We need to have people move on from the old designations, or it will only serve to confuse people more. Officially, none of the cor designations exist anymore. Thanks.
