Voldemort : Crochet Doll Tutorial
Hello folks!
Join me as I make a Voldemort crochet doll.
Materials needed:
Worsted yarn in 3 colours (skin colour, black and dark blue/green)
Scissors
Crochet hook (I used 2.75mm)

Luna Lovegood (Harry Potter) doll - Process video

My process of creating Luna Lovegood. I filmed this at 2:30 in the morning. The perils of doing so half-asleep, shows in the missed angles. Ah well, lesson learnt. I followed Lucy Collin's pattern for the uniform and then went off-track and did various experiments before ending up with this. With all honesty, I'm actually quite pleased with it. Got this for Christmas, from my darling sibling. With the lockdown in place, I have the time and some energy to try it out!
But the instructions start from the hip down to the left leg and then the right leg.
Hello! The previous video shows how to make the foot. From there, this video shows how to build the legs up from the foot, up until the hip. I repeat the process for the other foot and then join the two legs together. I hope this explanation helps.

I just bought this today and im trying to do the sorting hat and having a heck of a time. I have never crocheted anything before either.
Oh yes. The hat could potentially be harder to crochet than the dolls themselves. Where are you getting stuck? Maybe I could give some pointers.

Does it come with enough eyes for everyone?? Thanks!
Unfortunately, it only carries eyes for 1 doll. So if you would like to make the whole collection from the book, you could use buttons or purchase safety eyes. The yarn too is mostly for one doll. And if your stitches are tight, you can probably make two, out of the provided yarn.

The phone is perfect. Especially since the microphones record in stereo. Just put your mouth on one of those and there will be plenty of awesome wind noise.
The wind in the microphone sounds super awesome and that’s why it would sound super cool it was directly on your mouth with the music off. Just clarify in case you want to know if I liked the wind noise. If we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic, I would ask someone else to put their mouth on the other side so both microphones pick up awesome wind.
Ah, I see. I didn't quite get it at first, so thank you for clarifying. I'll give it a shot. I don't have a specific mike at the moment, just my phone. So I will figure out a way.
Please keep your mouth on your mic so it captures wind in every word you say.the wind will add flare to your voice. No music so the awesome wind can be heard better.
