Once you get the hang of it, you can make a decent size cotton candy. In our family, we are not patient enough to wait for a big size... A big plus is that you can use hard candies so all sorts of flavors are possible: Jolly Ranchers, mints, etc. You won’t need to buy special sugar. I would say it’s a good fancy toy for older kids.
