I want to say they customers have to be careful when claiming money on lottery. NC Lottery needs to put scanners in all tobacco stores for your winnings. Most of them are ran by foreign people and telling customer that they have a non-winning ticket and keeping our money. I had a winning ticket for the Big Spin and I did not put in the code because I wanted to be surprised. He told me that I won 20.00 I kept feeling that the Cashier lied to me and I went back to the store about a hour later and the cashier told me that he put the ticket in the trash and so I said take it out and he stated that he already took out the trash. I think he did that because he cashed in my winning ticket. This probably happen everyday at the stores that are not ran by Americans. I think they need scanners in their stores to prevent this from happening.

I just got a bill for using this? Wth didnt3 know I have to pay??
