I had to learn that it's ok to stop and restart, to slow down...way down and focus on one thing. There was a meditation book called 30 Days to Overcome Procrastination by Corin Devaso that I liked a lot.
Definitely. Les Brown once gave the analogy of a bow and arrow... sometimes you gotta pull back to shoot forward!
@@TimTheInsideMan I like that a lot
Why are you talking like you arent a human?
Wise and timely advice!
ok so like its actually harder to be lazy bc of the effects it has on u than to work hard?
How was the guy lazy though?
what does that even mean...?
Orale !! Serio lol
🤣right?
I don't know if that's true I see plenty of lazy people who don't work at all
When I was in the army, I learned there were two ways of being lazy: 1) Work slow, take breaks, take all day and don't break a sweat- 2) bust your ass and work hard, fast, and correctly- finish early and make yourself scarce to slack off. We always did the second, doing "training" after completing tasks. Nobody ever questioned it.
“I’m building” 🗣️🔥
All day everyday 🙌
Keep going and stay focused.
