Yep . Mine is getting upgraded some more with an exb chassis and aluminum gearbox’s , exb shock towers , aluminum knuckles thicker a b c and d blocks. It will be a little heavier but should be an upgraded v5 to exb with a max 6 g2 1650kv it’s pretty fast . Waiting on the parts listed . You did a good job with this RC

Sorry for late reply. Good reliable scooter usually comes with higher prices. I don't know your budget so wouldn't know what to recommend. But plan to spend extra on a decent scooter with minimal 60v or higher will get you a decent scooter.
