First week of Angamardana and my body is quite sore 😅 I still find it hard to follow the sequence and I do make mistakes but I enjoy this practice and look forward to it every day 😊 This video is made with the purpose to serve as an inspiration. The video doesn’t show the entire practice. It’s best to contact a yoga teacher and not attempt to do yoga on your own as that may lead to an injury.
