Great work on the single handed video. At 52 I am embarrassed to admit that I have only discovered CS in the last 6 months and they have jumper to the top of my all-time favourites and I will always stop whatever I am doing to listen to any of their tracks but especially "Shine" and "December". I switched radio stations in the last year to Radio Nova here in Dublin and my senses have been revived by a daily diet of fantastic rock which includes a daily serving of Collective Soul. I'm sorry to say that this version of "Tremble for My Beloved" is so ordinary. Ross' guitar work in the original version is what made the song sound so awesome. Go check it out and see for yourself.

is that a new drummer they got?

I'm not sure when this concert was, but in June in Idaho Ed had the lyrics to She Does on his rug and he gave them to me after the concert. It was one of the first times they had played the song. They also had the setlists taped to the ground in front of all the band members.

I miss Ryan. What a great drummer he was. Much better live..

....your comment about having the "lyrics" taped on the stage and has to read the song title from the page? Where did you see this? Many bands have the set list for that evenings show taped on the floor of the stage, so if there was a sheet a paper you seen on the stage floor, it was that. He's not a dumb ass, he knows the lyrics to the songs. Ed wouldn't attempt to sing a song he didn't know the lyrics too.

Love it! The new album has got me pretty excited.

Joel is a very capable guitarist and a nice guy in person but Ross had that catchy alternative hard rock guitar sound in the songs he wrote with them that made these guys stand out among other rock bands at the time. I like Joel but they have yet to write any rock anthems that has outsold anything in the Ross years yet. I hope the new album has some "major" hits. These guys deserve even more success. Theyve erned it.

Good to hear the original Collective Soul hard rock sound again. I had almost lost faith that they were a real hard rock band. I am sure they would like to try and regain the success of the triple platinum "Collective Soul" with the rocker "Gel" on it. Among others.

Finally a Collective Soul fan that is not so biased in love with the band to see that the song "Hollywood" was a weak & stupid song. If The Jonas Brothers had done Hollywood I would not be dissapointed but Collective Soul had no business releasing that heaping pile of rotten pop candy gum called Hollywood. "Dig" is them doing what they do best. "New Vibration" is great too. Thanks for being an honest CS fan.

Correction, this is MY band! I love Collective Soul with a passion! They are without a doubt, my favorite band EVER!
