Hlo Nishant I m Aftab from odisha mujhe vi tinnitus tha wo vi 3 years se bht doctor ko dikhaya or paresan rha sab bolte ha ki iska treatment nahi ha jo bilkul wrong ha mai isse completely thik hua hu.... Orav normal life jee rha hu.... Kuch chize ha jise karne se asani se thik ho sakti ha ... I hope you will pinned my comments if you really want to spread awareness.. Thnks buddy

Thanks for your sharing your experience. I do have tinnitus issue from last 5 years. Went to so many ENT doctors even went to AIMMS hospital and gone medicines and Audiology test just like you share your experience but no resolution my ringing noise in ears. But after watching your experience. Would definitely go to best Audiology and take treatment. Will definitely do pranayam too Thanks. Would post if i get result with your shared experience
