Second part is more true. Plus; leadership should be questioned. I'm not saying good leadership doesn't exist; but it is best to question it. If you're feeling controlled, half of the time you actually are. And if the person in leadership isn't willing to look into it, they shouldn't be in leadership. I'm not saying all immature people are right, i'm just saying leadership is best questioned. A lot of the times, leaders don't work in favor of the people they work under. You can be a very good leader- allong with being questioned

The Bible never says or suggests that the Church is a hospital for sin-sick people. Everyone is welcome to come to a Church, yet it is absolutely unbiblical to welcome such into membership. The Church is for worship and the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry.
