This is probably the best video I've seen on this you took your time and explain a lot more things that I was trying to find out and I was thinking when you were trying to charge your earbuds maybe you can only do one at a time because you were sanitizing your phone maybe it didn't have enough power to do both at the same time maybe just try charging your buds alone and see if it will work

I just got this and out of the box I'm disappointed. It doesn't get ground level (i.e) it won't allow you to flip the holder all the way back for ground level photo view.. if you tilt the angle to look down to the ground then you lose the visual of what you're photographing. This should have been a 360 flip and turn . Hate that I bought it. I was hoping for ground level photography.
