An easy to make , delicious lemon flavoured Greek yoghurt cake. Only 4 main ingredients and so quick to make. I made my cake in an air fryer and it was finished baking in 25 minutes. Truly delicious , it's very similar to a cheese cake but with only 75 calories per serving.

I made this recipe, and it turned out pretty darn good. Thank you. I love black licorice ice cream. I used pieces of Darrell Lea Soft Australian Licorice which is wheat based. The ice cream came out a light tan color probably due to the caramel coloring in the product. This was easy to make. I will be making it again!
