Hi, I have a white Hampton and the strap is too short for me. This may sound crazy but I actually removed the strap and used a silver chain strap from Amazon. It worked out better for me with a longer shoulder or crossbody strap. Great video.

It's different being the caretaker vs. the patient for sure, but I just wanted to mention that it absolutely sucks being young and feeling so frustrated with the medical system and trying to get answers endlessly.
