It doesn't take $1,000,000,000 to produce videos promoting thrivenyc.A total disgrace. Nyc streets is full of mentally ill people roaming the streets. Especially in Harlem around 123 and 3rd Avenue. Roaming in small groups with nap sacks and heavy coats. Meaning they have no where to go. The pandemic sparked the need for mental health more than ever. New yorkers of all ages and backgrounds needed help more than ever. Nothing happened.
