So unfair to the person with big super, especially women who love bomb men in marriage.
What a wonderful information .
You are the best!
thank God for the internet, information by FWC, friends and the good Lord himself!
when i heard "25% of australia's employees are casual employees" i thought fuccckkkk offfffff.... and stopped watching the rest of this dribble. in literally every job I have seen being offered in the sydney area and anywhere in nsw, all those jobs are either casual work, or companies trying to scam employees out of any work rights by getting them to use their ABN knowing full well they know nothing about managing a business. Most australian companies are GREEDY and take advantage of people. Only the privileged few get full time jobs, the rest of us average joes are stuck in a cesspit of insecurity by casual work in any type of work, while living is expensive AF and we have to pay shitloads of tax. What makes this society even more unbearable is that nobody wants to tell or hear the truth. Most of us really do want to work. Most of us have the qualifications for those top jobs. If only the system looked at the big companies screwing us left right and center and actually PUT laws in place to PROTECT people's security here, who are actually citizens of australia, then we would have more people filling jobs and struggling less. Then our rich fat politicians can finally stfu and stop telling us to get a job. Our whole system is just garbage.
Honestly the law in Australia is making it clear that we don’t want people to work anymore.
What I can never understand is "Why is it that WOMEN don't have to pay or split the Super?"

I had a police officer come to my house today saying to my fiance she HAS to answer his questions about who was driving her car because she is the registered owner, if she didn't answer she would be reported for answering untruthfully so she did answer his questions and he is accusing her of lying, the driver was still in the driver's seat parked in my driveway the whole time. He then says the same thing to me and because I didn't say anything to him he said I would receive a summons to court, he didn't bother speaking to the driver he just had a quick look at him. 1. Was he supposed to read rights before asking questions? 2. Can I make any sort of complaint against the officer if I didn't have to say anything when he claims I HAVE to answer his questions?. He didn't charge anyone with anything and the whole interaction was recorded on home cctv.

Hi Can you claim workers compensation if you getting injured while going directly to from work on a bike, scooter, car or any other modes of transport and you get injured outside work on the road, footpath or bike path etc...
Hi Gurkamal, Generally injuries occurring during journeys to and from work are not compensable under the workers compensation scheme. However, you may have an entitlement to claim damages under the Compulsory Third Party scheme for motor vehicle accidents if another driver of another vehicle was at fault, or if you were the passenger of a vehicle. If you would like to discuss further, please call us on (08) 8231 1110.

Thanks for watching!
A very insightful video and great presentation Trevor! I understand the 30-minute initial interview you spoke of is complimentary as part of your commitment to understanding how you can help a client with their issues. Is that correct?
Thank's for the compliment. Yes that is correct, we offer the 1st meeting with our lawyers free of charge, so that our clients can discuss their situation and get an initial appraisal of what the best course of action is. Many people find this very valuable in helping them understand their options, and will often then instruct their lawyer to act for them and take the matter further.
Makes a lot of sense Trevor, cheers Alec
