I made the examiner aware of my levels of stress and anxiety prior to the test however however he quickly brushed them to the side and proceeded with the test - it was as if he was only concerned in receiving the money. As a result of the above i was provided with inaccurate results (remember Mike Rumble advise me post 2nd test that i should never have been tested) following the tests. I then had a converesation with Mike Rumble who refused to refund my payment and simply said i should read the T&C's..... what t&c's i thought as they had never been mentioned to me pre, during or post payment / test, bearing in mind i had two tests i would have thought at some point they could have been emailed to me or i could have been directed to them on line. Mike Rumble then proceeded to contact the police and provide them with inaccurate information. I tried to contact Mike Rumble again today requesting who his governing body is to which i received a reply stating he would report me to the police again for harassment if i ever contacted his company again. This whole process has left a massive impact on my family which i am trying to repair. My advice would be to never use this company. I have been left with no choice to pursue a claim through the small claims court for several hundred pounds that i have wasted on tests that should have never been completed, this company only want your money.
