    Thank you for the update Lisa. As we know diet is 80% and exercise is only 20% to a successful weight loss and management. Ozempic would be a wonderful helping tool for you just to get rid off majority of your weight and while on it really be honest with yourself and stop sugar and carbs. I hear you say in each video- I must do better. Tell yourself that TODAY I’m doing better and this is it. Don’t plan doing better just do it. Please know that I’m writing this with full respect towards you and only because I care. I’ve been following you for a long time now and I fully get your life situation. Wishing you God’s Blessings 💗

    Alternatives when it's too hot to walk outside: -Walk around a mall or large building. -Jane Fonda walking videos on TH-cam -PopSugar low impact exercise videos on TH-cam -If you have stairs, walk up and down for several rounds -Squats

    Hello 😊 very happy to have found your video - i wanted to ask you, have you kept it regularly to 1.2 mg or have you increased it gradually? Just like you was thinking to stick to 0.6 mg and see if that would work for me for a couple of months. Thank you ❤

      I kept it regularly at 1.2 mg. I only did it for 4 months and then wanted to try to lose on my own. I wasn't successful in losing after that but I did maintain the weight I lost on it. I got pregnant though a couple months after. Now I am 8 months postpartum and back to trying to lose weight. I am again trying to lose without drugs at the moment.

    So I have a lil tip for you that I give my husband every night before bed have a 16oz of hot water with lemon, paprika , honey, black pepper drink 30 minutes before bed and this will help burn the unwanted weight while you sleep, but also he is an intermittent fasting so that means he only has a 6-8hour window to eat whatever he wants to eat so he will eat between the hours of 10am and his last meal will be before 7 pm and it has been working phenomenally he lost 30 pounds in 2 1/2 months by sticking to his fasting I’m so proud of him

    greetings. can you give a short feedback, how much weight have you managed to lose so far? have you had problems with the thyroid gland or with insulin, given that you have accumulated kilos, like me? thanks for the answer

      so far I have lost 4 pounds but have only been at it for 2 weeks. I struggle with insulin problems and have a family history of diabetes so I am committed to change for health more than weight loss.

    Yes girl! Yes girl! Yessss! I lost 30 lbs by just waling EVERY SINGLE DAY! your have absolutely got this! I am so excited for you! Get those kids outside. Get yourself outside! Just set a goal for every day and even if it's 5 minutes, do it every day!

    I would highly recommend a book called “Kick your fat in the nuts” by T.C Hale. He has a channel on TH-cam called Kick it naturally. It has helped me tremendously to lose weight. I needed help with acid reflux mainly and found him. Just take on day at a time.

    1) Your title scared me. But then I got to the 5:30ish mark, and I love your frame of mind here. 2) I am also working up to 5k. Consider adding swimming as a low impact way to increase cardio ability and recover joints from running.

      Thanks. Yes, I am more interested in overall health than weight loss so we will see how this journey goes. I do enjoy swimming, I am considering that in the fall/winter because it is harder to get outside. I live where there are very short summers so for now I am trying to be outside as much as I can and enjoy the weather and fresh air.

Calories Do count and portion sizes Do matter - No matter what kind of food you eat. Your daughter is absolutely adorable, cuteness to the overflow!

    I'll likely be going on Ozempic at some point in the future. This is more because of my diabetes than purely weight-loss, it would just kind of be a bonus if I end up losing. But that has to wait until after I'm done breastfeeding, and realistically done having kids. But my uncle had tried it for his diabetes and it really messed him up, so I'm worried that the genetics wouldn't be in my favor. We'll see what happens. I'll probably go back to intermittent fasting once I'm done breastfeeding more because I felt my best and it was great for my blood sugar again rather than losing weight.

      yes, I think the drugs can be a useful tool especially to help diabetes. It is not just about being skinny, many people need to get the weight off for health. I feel like IF is very similar to saxenda in what it does but if I can get the blood sugar down using IF instead it is way cheaper and less risky. Mike is always worried about the cancer risk.

If I can just add one point to help you, portion control is also very important, you can eat very healthy but if you take on more calories then you need you won’t see your weight going down.     When you went off, did you eat EXACTLY the same? Trying to figure out if it only works by keeping you full and keeping hunger at bay.

      @@kellycorona1185 I believe my appetite increased but I was being careful with my food and trying to especially to manage sugar consumption. I did not gain the weight back for a few months. Then I got pregnant and appetite went crazy. I do think it works by keeping hunger at bay but it was also helpful to have a break from the struggle of trying to lose weight with no success and the whole mental strain of fighting will power. I don't think it is the answer to weight loss but I do think it is a good tool especially if you are a point mentally that you feel desperate and have no faith in yourself.
