Hello Kaitlyn/Caitlyn (please forgive me if I misspelled your name!) :) Retired teacher here, so TH-cam showed me your video because I'm a fan of both ML and Agendio. I wanted to offer some insights I got from your video and ask some questions (if that's okay) :) 1. Thank you for reminding me I could do a QUARTERLY Agendio. Because as I have been designing my planner, I kept thinking, "What if I don't like this system in four months? I'm stuck with it!" Your idea of making a QUARTERLY planner is genius! That way I can see what works and what doesn't work and then make modifications from there. Also, I don't have to invest a lot of money only to end up with a planner that sits in a drawer gathering dust. :) 2. Perhaps you covered this, so forgive me for asking, but how/where do you get the printouts to tape into your planner? Are those printouts from ML's site, or do you get them as their own product? 3. Where do you find those pockets that fit into a spiral system? I'm thinking about getting my Agendio planner UNPUNCHED so I could use a discbound system, but I like the idea of spiral. I never thought about using a Kanban board in my agendio. Cool! I tend to do project pages instead. This might be better. The best part of HB90 are the post-it notes. :-) I'm writing my second murder mystery, you?

I love this! I’m a long time happy planner user, but just started looking at Makselife, and wanted to see if I could combine them together, along with other 7x9 systems or even print my own stuff. Thank you for showing this! It makes me feel better about pulling together different parts of various ones and making it my own!

Hey from IG! 😊 I usually work on my Weekly reflections on Sundays, too.

I teach grade 8 English (as well as grade 8 geography and a current events course for grade 11) and I'm reworking my Romeo and Juliet unit as well as developing materials for residential schools and Indigenous storytelling. I'm in Canada and I want to make sure I'm lining up with Truth and Reconciliation Day on Sept. 30. English prep is definitely a different process from my social studies courses. I wanted to do more systematic work on prepping, but I hit a wall and decided to prioritize resting up before we go back in two weeks.

I enjoyed hearing your thought process. After the pandemic and a mat leave, I definitely feel the desire to refresh my curriculum and you've reminded me of how thrilling it can be to explore big ideas in this way. Keep up the good work!
