F1 had a boring race again? I think this is just a huge waste of resources to be honest.
But I’ve been thinking about it: While the TV audience might fall asleep sometimes, the same can not be said about the fans on the grandstands, no matter how little overtaking, or how uncontested the win is.
Because after all, the speed of Formula 1 cars on its own is thrilling to watch.
So maybe the problem isn’t so much with the races themselves, but with the way we watch them on TV. And this is especially important right now, as nearly no one will have the option to actually attend a race in 2021…
