INGREDIENTS:
For Beef marination:
- Beef - 2kg (Cut small pieces & wash 3 times)
- Turmeric Powder - ½ tsp
- Salt - 1 ½ tsp
For Make Tamarind Masala :
- Tamarind - 65g
- Hot water - 200 ml
- Kashmiri Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
For cooking :
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Cardamom - 6 pods
- Cinnamon - 4 sticks
- Cloves - 6
- Curry Leaves
- Pandan Leaves
- Fenugreek Seeds - ½ tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Ginger + Garlic Paste - 3 tsp
- Green Chillies - 3
- Medium Onions - 3
- Salt to Taste
