@@Stripeycat1000 it was and still is copyrighted, but it was also banned from several countries, but you have the option to leave as is and still not get a copyright strike, remove all sound or allow youtube to remove the part of the video that blocking it from worldwide viewing. The bit of the video that shows the small blue lorry is the small part that they took out.(less than a min) The weird thing is the music track can still be heard at the start and end. You are allowed so many seconds without copyright and they dont remove the whole tune, just enough so they dont have to ban it. Most copyright music is allowed to be used in your videos without being banned or copyright strike and can be viewed by everyone anywhere in the world, but you won't be allowed to earn money from it. I dont earn money anyway so i just record whats ever in front of me.

That allows then to place adverts during your video then they can earn money from it. I would apeal them even though i dont earn money myself anyway, and they have 30 days to view your claim or their claim is dropped but ive had a few that even when i have apealed them, they held their copyright claim on my video. Only option left was to do nothing and let someone else earn money off my video or reapeal, but this time if i failed then I would get a copyright strike. 3 strikes and my youtube cannal is delated. I didnt agree why a faulse claim was allowed so i took the chance and reapealed. This time they only had 7 days and lucky for me I won. As i said i dont earn anything and others like me wouldn't take the risk, but i dont think it right that someone who doesent own the music and hasn't made the video should be allowed to putbin a fause claim and earn money. How much money are they earn from other false claims from others

Its one of my favorite forest to visit but its a bit far from my home. I used to stay there quite often a few years back when i had a Touring in the Trees Permit, but since covit its next to impossible to buy one. They sell out in the first few hours after going on sale and the local council have also least this forest so Touring in the Trees permit no longer covers it.

Just seen the last band passing, but i went over to the cityside and seen the local bands returning to the Apprentice Boys Memorial Hall. Not all was lost, Luna was with my sister so she seen it.

Since making that video I won my case. What ive found sofar is that if you have copyright music then most time the video will be aloud to be viewed without restriction but the owners of the music can earn money from you video if they allow adverts to be put on it. Sometimes the video can be blocked from some countries but not all, but they dont tell you which countries, but you still will not get a copyright strike. The problem ive being having is companies falsely claiming copyright and then when i apealed they still falsely maintained the copyright right claim. By me apealing for the 2nd time meant that i could face a strick but i was in the right so the claim was dropped. That meant that the companies that put in faults claims are makeing lots of money on videos that they have put no effort into producing just because the video makers fear a copyright strick. That cant be right.

They can't force entry to your home without a Court Order, which if they had to get then they threated to bill me for the cost in getting it. The only thing that I don't agree on is that after sending in NIE to check my Meter and they then knew that I wasn't in the wrong, they didn't send another letter to say all was safe and thank me for my coperation

Unlike myself, youve got some proper equitment and lucky for you you don't have a Luna holding you back. But then again if it wasn't for Luna needing so many walkies, Id wouldn't be bothered to go to so many things.. I dont earn any money from my channal and only do it for a hobby. Ive since bought another 8 packs of dog food so that gives me 22 months. Thats how ive alway bought dig food but usually there would be a bargin every 6 months ir so, so id always keep well stocked but since covid bargins are very far apart

I paid £500 for my number plate a few years ago. That included all the fees. I bought it at 2am. Following morning i wasn't sure if i was wise or not but now a few years in im glad i have them. I could've had AH04DOG but i dont like calling luna a dog. I never buy anything with the word dog on it, weather it be Best Dog lives here. It handy when checking for insurance or car parts.

When other people on TH-cam make DIY Videos, useing the free power tools that they get paid to use, every thing looks straight forward and easy. I'm alwayshaving to solve problems and make do on a small budget, having to reuse as much as possible. Never as easy in real life.

@@AustellHenderson Yes purple is more common. It's nice to see them bumble bees scrambling about the blooms. Toxic plant. All parts are poisonous if touched with bare skin. Horticultural name is Digitalis purpuria, a medicine for the heart to treat abnormal beating and slow heart rate down. Easy to grow from seeds sprinkled on top of the soil. Don't cover up as the seeds need light to germinate. Choose a warm, cosy sheltered spot and you'll get more blooms.

@mervace It's not finished yet. Diy had to stop after my fall. I've still got 3 weeks sick line. I'm too late to try and Replumb the radiator so it might be next Easter before I attempt it. The weather this year be very cold and wet so need the heating on standby

I find the Pipe Bands much louder, when they play but that's the problem. Young folk not fit enough to blow long enough. How the old men in olden days managed and they all smoked. But then they where just fitter with hard work.

@@AustellHenderson Maybe we should have a whip round and sponsor a new pipe band - Henderson's Uphill Pipe Band, who ONLY play uphill. I'll give you a couple of quid.

@hildibildibaldi I recon that folk in pipe bands should get free gym membership. It's a instrument for fit people.

@@AustellHenderson Hope you get a chance to record Field Marshal Montgomery Pipe Band (from Lisburn) one of these days. Royal Scottish Pipe Band Association Grade 1 band outfit they are very successful and , arguably, the best pipe band in the world. I think they've won the annual R. S. P. B. A. Grade 1 "World's" competition in Glasgow more times than any other band. Anyway, many thanks for the entertainment you provide. Clap clap to Luna.

@@hildibildibaldi know my luck if I do ever get to see them then they probably pass me beeting a single drum. The problem I have is I can't get into to big of a crowd or to close to the bands as Luna will bark, then when I get a safe spot the bands dint play.

Main Parades are from July to September, but the Apprentice Boys of Derry hold one in December to remember when the Apprentice Boys closed the gates to the city stopping king James army from getting in. It was the longest Siege in Europe wirh 8000 people dying and it ended on the 12th of August and that's when they hold the big parade to Celebrate the ending of the Siege. Some might have a smaller parade at Easter. The Apprentice Boys is just about Londonderry where as the Orange Order would be for king William beating King James at the Battle of the Boyne. The Royal Back Institution would be the holiest of the orders. They must be Orange Men first. Apprentice Boys Banners will show the Mount Joy (ship) breaking the Boom. The Orange Banners will be showing King William on his White Horse at the Boyne and the Black Men will have religious images from the Bible but some folk could be in all three but most would be in two of them. From Easter until October there would be lots of local band parades with only Bands. It's how they collect money for themselfs. If a village band hold one in their village then other bands will also take part then in turn the village band would go tontheir parade. They would usually be around 8pm on a Friday night.

Next big event is Halloween in Londonderry. It's the one time of the year when everyone in the city can take part but the Chapels and Church's don't take part.

Thanks. I wonder could you help me out here. When you watched the video was there any adverts during it. Portadown defenders Flute Band have claimed a copyright on the video and I appealed it but lost. I have since appealed it again but means I could get a copy strike. 3 strikes and my channal taking down. If I fail the appeal this time then as well as a strike the video itself will be taking down. I don't think it right for a band who wasn't even there should be aloud to earn money from adverts. I myself don't earn any money so there shouldn't be any adverts on it. Thanks.

@onlyfourhomenations I'm about to upload a video on my appeal and how it was rejected. The video clearly shows that Portadown Flute Band where not there. I've appealed for a 2nd time but could end up getting a copyright strike

Your Welcome. Kilkeel is nice wee part of the Country. They need to change the Mourne Costal Route Road Signs as they just divert vistors out of the town and they don't relise what they are missing

Same for the accordion band after them.

There was quite a few bands that kept the Union flag rolled up. Those were always known as acts of courtesy.

@@simonwiggins8570 I seen a couple of the bands with their flags rolled up. I just presume it was just because of the wind. I can't see it as been part of any condition or agreement before hand. The yearly 12th of July Parade at Rossnowlagh has lots of union flags on show without any trouble.

@308SSG69 I think that's the case in the USA but as far as I know its just Public Buildings in Ireland where the National Flag must be erected along side any other Nation's flags.
