High on the rocky crags of Glacier Bay, Tenacious Sailors have to work hard to spot this mother and baby mountain goat trotting along.

IMHO sea otters are some of the cutest little critters on earth. These two were enjoying a sunny day in Glacier Bay National Park.

The Tenacious Sailors spotted this exuberant humpback whale near Admiralty Island in SE Alaska. Enjoy! (The whale certainly did!)

In July, 2023, Patrick and Lydia visit the salmon hatchery at Hidden Falls on Baranof Island. The salmon are returning to their natal stream, and the grizzly bears and their cubs (along with sea lions, eagles, ravens and other species) are taking full advantage of the plethora of food.
