Yinlin also can be used as either sub dps or dps but if you’re going to use her as a DPS I recommend to get her Weapon at least if you won’t get dupes

I think he does good damage and he has good utility with the time stop overall I think he’s a solid unit. Havoc Def does more dmg though

I'm not sure if the way I do it is actually faster but I feel less animation locked so I usually do the skill chain Skill > NA > Skill > Dodge > NA > Skill or NA > Skill > Dodge > NA > Skill > Dodge > NA > Skill. I dodge to reset the attack chain for normal attack

@@CoercitioYT dodge reset without the jump+dodge tech or with?

@@mystogan9753 you don’t need the dodge tech for this rotation unless you’re making your own rotation in that case you can still do the dodge or jump tech

Thanks for watching dawg, the range on death messenger is actually really short at least on the first hit when he teleports it actually tracks the boss. What I do is I dash to close the gap and get max damage anytime the boss isn’t near me otherwise you lose a bit of damage. It isn’t a lot though. I mixed the audio a bit weird for the live commentary part that was my bad I’ll fix it for future videos I love comments like this cause I know there are things I need to definitely work on content wise

You just want to add verina EQ before yinlin while doing death messenger so Verina uses her outro first cuz it's a team wide buff then you swap yinlin Calcharo back again. If you are fast enough you can do it before DM lands.

@@CoercitioYT Is it because of the long combo that need to be done with thundering mephis to trigger the electro dmg boost? I guess that would make a no hit run harder, because you can't dodge without loosing the combo. But the tempest mephis' combo is shorter and you can do it after a parry. If you just dont like them, fine, but I think you should try it.

I’ve been playing this game since CBT2 I’ve tried all the echoes I just don’t like being animation locked for a 12% dmg boost doesn’t really seem to make or break any run I’ve had tbh. I’d rather use them for utility than actually doing the full thing. I do use echoes with other teams though

@@CoercitioYT Yeah that's fair. Actually based that you made your own playstyle and didn't follow what everyone else is doing. I personally like the animations and find very rewarding to parry with echoes, but that's just me.

@@gustavosantiago1543 Thanks for watching my man, the CN players probably do the rotation for this way more optimal since I think this came from CN originally. There are some really good echoes outside of the dmg buffing ones like the Cyan Heron, Rock Guardian that cancel special skills on bosses (the move when they enrage and their eyes flash red) and the Fusion Warrior which is like a free Jianxin parry

@@CoercitioYT turns out Danjin is just the wave against mephis lol cleared him with her, and then I got a jiyan/mort team that’s pretty easy clears on him as well

Yeah if skill is up then I use skill > skill for Calcharo no condition if ult is up I just use it

the worst part is im on mobile

They said they were going to add Controller Support for mobile soon if they didn’t already, I’m not sure what the input lag looks like on mobile to know how much harder it would be do this

Mostly there because I just like her, but she's actually a pretty good support. I've been trying to build her for damage on the set she's on now to test how it feels

Even if I lose the buff I’ll probably still always do it with this team as long as I can clear content

@@CoercitioYT I heard people say that calcharo is not what he used to be in cbt for swap cancelling and your buttery smooth game play had me thinking this might not be possible in the official release

@@bonbonbonson3151 Unfortunately I didnt get Calcharo or Yinlin in the beta I ended up getting Verina and Encore so I can't really say to how strong this was in the beta but it still seems strong even if you lose the buff.

If you swap out of Calcharo during his ultimate you still keep your ulti buff but the time ticks in the background still

Im using a controller so I have to press L1 to see my echo skill, I don't use them a lot because Thundering Mephis full animation is super long but it does teleport you to the enemy your locked onto so I use it as a gap closer and on Yinlin I just forget to use it lol

Quick swap does look kinda crazy when watching it back lol

I watch and rewatch, but I still couldn't do it lol. Is there some tips on how to learn quick swap with some bosses that don't 1 hit ko you and don't die easily either , lower level boss are too squishy after they break

@@kharis9120 luckily I just made a quick swap tips video to help out

I can break it down a bit. When I swap into Yinlin off Calcharo I usually do either Skill > Skill, Skill > Enhanced Heavy Attack, Skill > Ultimate > Skill, Skill > Ultimate > Enhanced Heavy Attack or just 3 Basic Attacks, it depends on what I have up when I swap into her or if I'm close to either maxing the Forte Gauge or Ultimate Gauge. The main thing about Yinlin is keeping her Punishment Mark up as long as possible constantly refreshing the cooldown so you want to make sure you're marking the enemy with sinners mark which you can do with either 1. the basic attack you do when switching characters automatically 2. intro skill 3. ultimate. also making sure that you do skill before any big burst for the Crit Rate buff as well as the enhanced sinners mark as well
