The longest most annoying video ever.
@@nazeckbooley990 why did you watch it 😂😂😂
Very accurate 😂
My sister who is coeliac went to Japan about a year ago and HATED it due to the lack of knowledge of anything gluten free. I wish she had watched this video to gain more insight!
Thank you so much, just diagnosed on Christmas Eve... in the same month found out I have celiac and rheumatoid arthritis :(. Feeling so overwhelmed - my household is so challenging! My two year old is anaphylactic to eggs, peanuts, and sesame. What a MESS!! Thank you so much for the video.
I have celiac disease I’m watching the video it’s nice to know there are others like me ❤thank you
What are the alternatives of baking powder? We couldn't find a gluten free one here.
@@kadisa I don’t have any sorry xx
i was sick from school 1 year. always on the coach, feeling absolutely gross. the doctor i went to thought it was just a small problem in my stomach and that it would heal.. around a year later i had to get my blood drawn and we found out i had celiac disease. still not fully healed.
This was EXACTLY how my diagnosis went
Great stuff. However, Celiac Australia published (late 2024) that research conducted by Gastroenterology in 2020 that no detectable gluten was found when using a toaster that had gluten bread toasted in it.
@@apostlestumpy yeah I know! That hasn’t been followed up by any official information from Coeliac UK (which is the foundation I follow as I live in the UK) yet, and many people still don’t feel comfortable sharing them so I’m happy to leave this info here x
@howtocoeliac yeah, it's frustrating that every country has differing research on such a common disease! Australian standards seem to be more stringent than the USA! Now, with the US being a " I'll sue you", for anything type of country, I think they'd be pretty careful with their standards on a disease such as Celiacs yet, Australia seems to be more overly careful with a lot of things! I take it the UK takes their standards to an even higher level than us?
Living celiac for 10 years now. I always have a huge meal before weddings, receptions, etc so I make sure to be so full I don't care how delicious the food looks, I don't want any.
@howtoCoeliac please make this a series playlist!
@@Nesh._.A it was the only one I ever made hahah! X
Thanks so much ❤️
Dang I just got diagnosed with this and mine is completely different. I’ve been to like 10 doctors appointment in the last 4 weeks and might have to get surgery.
why is this increasing ?
I dont remember my diagnosis cuz i was like 3💀
Super late to the party (just diagnosed) but regarding hot drinks dispenser machines: German internet wanted warned me that sometimes the coffee contains malt coffee to reduce cleaning requirements. Gnah.
These were one of my fave biscuits before i was diagnosed. They look soo yum. I cant wait to try them.
I would have eaten soo much from the show that i would have had to roll home 😂
Haere Mai. It's great to see your awareness of the symptoms. This brings back memories. I havent been glutened in a few years, I got to a point where I stopped letting anyone cook for me years ago. Much like yourself I'd get the headaches and bloating straight away and the painful cramps for days that made me want to die. My pain would be unbareable so if it happened at work or before work I'd have to literally leave or not attend. The constipation for days sometimes a week due to the glutening would also make me so miserable. I wonder if you are lactose intolerant as well, as many celiacs end up with lactose intolerance as well. Great way to spread the awareness 🙏 Thanks for the video.
Hey :) No worries - no I'm not lactose intolerant luckily!
Hahahaha I love your vibe girl!!! Xx thanks for making me smile 💗🫶🏼
Thanks for sharing your story. I'm going to see a doctor after seeing your video. Onward.
Love your idea I am definitely trying it
I recently got diagnosed with two endo autoimmune diseases. For me being glutened is the worst type of experience that I could experience in my earthly life and I am happy ro see that all of us are going to the same traumas/pain. I still remember the pain of the gluten challange and the long recovery. I do not know if anyone can relate but i had the worst psychosis and self distructive behaviour to calm down inflammation.
Can this recipe also be fried and crunchy? Thank for sharing and looking forward to your response!
Any one add me in celiac disease Whatsapp community group
Omg this is so relatable 😂❤
😂
It might be a silly question, but if I use a convection oven to bake a gluten bread, does that mean that I cannot bake a gluten free bread?
I am also looking for the answer..
Awsome by ur cousin H
What's wrong with her accent?
@@tada3922 I don’t know, you tell me.

Been on this diet for 50 years. My wife also has coeliac diagnosed after I married her! Can you beat that.
No no no no nono

"His genitals look like your face, officer"- you know, you speak in time Sara Edwardar happened, lockdown went on for a couple of more years, Im still IN the same cloud, cuz "THEM" PAY FOR ME. Now I simply produce lots of noise if anybody approaches me- I'm kicking immediately- those guys are losers. Jet, I do not feel if I have freedom of movement not even to the supermarket-. Police officers are massive contributors.
The last place you mentioned, that was closed, what was it called? I’m going to Milan next week and watched you vlog to find out where to eat safely. Thanks

LOVE YOUR U-TUBE CHANNEL. I RECOMMEND COLONIC TREATMENTS.
We loved salmon onigiri and salted boiled eggs for breakfast 😍
Haha so true
I'd give birth over and over again, than go through a glutening.. I start burping within 15 minutes. 1 Hr to get to a bathroom, and I am down. Violent purging, freezing, sweating, dizzy. I can't drink anything . My reactions are depending on how much Gluten was ingested. Cross contamination is less violent that a full on glutening.
I freak out too. It's so bad for me. Hang on90 minutes to an hour for my reactions to start. 3.5 hours into it I am praying to the porcelain god. Fever, freezing, sweating, purging from both ends.
I had no idea Asians ate so much gluten.
@@johntziannis359 I’m talking about Japan, not the whole of Asia.
@@howtocoeliac I think it's difficult to find gluten free in all of Asia.
@@johntziannis359 I’ve found it ok in Vietnam
@@howtocoeliac Yes. I heard Vietnam is the easiest country in Asia to find Gluten-free.
It’s the pains in my legs that annoy me
Thanks for this. Im a fellow Kiwi waiting on my biopsy after a positive blood test. Its hard to find this sort of information.
