I take mine first thing in the morning. They taste good and clean the pallet. I’m almost 82 and know I have arthritis in multiple joints. I am very active and my joints hold up pretty well. If l do have a flare up I return to baseline pretty quickly. I rarely take antiinflamatories.

Hi. For a $17 kids watch, this time piece is really complex. There are several mistakes in this 5 year old video. I’ve also had some further realizations. I’m sorry for any inconvenience. I didn’t change the day of the week because it was correct but I could’ve changed it by pressing the D button. I’m in the process of creating a new video on this watch. Sunflower seeds can be bought pre-shelled. I actually buy pre-shelled salted sunflower seeds to put in salads. Chewing sunflower seeds while playing baseball, fishing or other activities in which your hands/brain are occupied is a tradition and is not intended to be practical. It is also a substitute for chewing tobacco, which is unhealthy. Thanks for commenting.

It doesn’t give height. It tells if the tide is high or low and if it’s coming in or going out. The phase of the moon is to the left and when the moon is full the tides are at maximum height or maximum ebb.

Press the back button until the advanced set up appears. It will first ask you if you want to pair your sensors and you press “all” and let the computer search for sensors. It will only pair the sensors that you have. If you don’t have a power or a heart rate sensor, they will not be added to the computer. It then ask you to set up your lights. After you set up the lights, it will ask you to go through and set up the screen options that you want. When it asks you if you want to display power, heart rate and calories, press the front button to designate “no” and this will remove the power from the screen. I just looked at this video and it goes through this maneuver twice. You might want to review the video again and it should be clear. I don’t have a power or heart rate sensor on my bike so I don’t include them in the sensor set up and I remove them when I do the advanced set up of the screen options. Good luck. Sincerely, Jim.

The advanced set up is a little complicated. This video was the seventh video on this computer that I did. I waited to do the sensors, lights and advanced set up until I could understand how it works. In the second part of the video I returned the computer to its factory settings so that I could reset the primary and advanced settings. If you do this, make sure to write down your wheel size and odometer reading so that you can have the correct data in the renew to set up. Be careful out there. Sincerely, Jim.

When I tried gently wiggling the first bulb it started to come apart from the base so I felt it necessary to change tactics. My neighbor had tried to remove the bulbs but was unsuccessful. He may have weakened the bulb before he asked me to help. Not sure what you mean by the edit. The video clearly states the bulb is a 2-pin Gx23. Thanks for commenting.

Do you have any trouble with them in wet weather? My lights are all indoor/outdoor lights. Here in Oregon we get a lot of rain during the holiday months and even these indoor/outdoor lights require extra protection against the rain. For years I got frustrated when a string somewhere in my array of lights went out. Now they seem to all make it through the winter. @@jameslesterbaldwin9841 Hello Jim. When it comes to rainfall, the lamps have not been affected, they work very well, all the diodes are on, I have them only for the first winter and after the season they are removed because the bushes on which I hang the lamps are cut in spring after winter.

Kohler explains changing the batteries in their online manual but they leave out some important details.

My pleasure! I have found that when the tires go below the recommended pressure, the low pressure icon comes on. However, when you reinflate the tires to the proper pressure, the light actually goes out without having to be reset.
