Go to iCANrealiize to see more about Neelam and to get a taste of Satsang. Satsang is meeting together in Truth. What is absolutely true is that which came before your thoughts about it. That's why it's impossible to explain, and that's why we love the opportunity to attend Satsang. Here is Neelam's schedule: April 11 - 12 Victoria, BC Lisa: neelaminvictoria@yahoo.ca 2 evening Satsangs April 14...
HUMAN ROLE OF MOTHERHOOD www.neelam.org

(Long videos are hard to build numbers on, so if you like this please vote "feature this".) Message from Neelam: Dear Freinds, Love is at the core of everything and we can all taste it, know it, and recognize that this IS who we are. To be able to share it with all of you is even more precious, what better use of this life, than to be in the ongoing service of who we are. I have noticed through...

(Please listen to Futility & Resolve Part 1 first, you can find it at iCANrealize) Dear Freinds, When I first came in touch with Satsang, I could not believe my good luck, to find a true teaching in my lifetime, to know the Silence and grace of being, to find true happiness. Most of the time we are running around trying to heal. We forget to just let go to be here where we are, even when we are...

Dear Friends, To find Satsang in this lifetime is an incredible gift. It points us directly into our true nature, to what is more valuable and more beneficial then anything else we can come in touch with. It is a blessing that in this modern age such a teaching is freely available to all who want to listen and truly desire to end suffering, (not being okay with yourself), regardless of age, gen...
HUMAN CONDITIONING www.neelam.org

My apologies for a 10 minute video, but Satsang cannot be a sound bite. Satsang is not superior nor inferior, not right or wrong, not better or worse. *Satsang is a meeting in truth. It's not your truth and not my truth, but simply what really is. We all have different opinions about what that may be, but absolutely none of them are it. *Satsang is a foreign word, but it is not a movement, nor ...

Once i watched it all the way through i understood what she was saying, to me she’s talking about mindfulness, ‘presence’ as she refers to it. Turning off the ‘monkey chatter’ as David Wygant calls it.

Don't get this being in the present bussiness.I mean the expierence coming in from sensory input is no more perminant than thoughts and memories. Its as much miya as the other. I mean get in a fight or have sex and you probably won't be intellectualising(something Neelham does endlessly it seems)for while, but I dought it will make you enlightened.

This seems manipulative and nonsensical. Okayness is not a word. Obviously she is saying to passively accept the world as it is. Doing that means nothing changes ever. We all just to submit to every circumstance and become ok with it in the present moment as being the way it should be. That's the laziest idea I've ever heard. Nobody can do anything with their life if they don't work towards actively making positive change. To do that, one must recognize what is NOT okay and let their conscience guide the to CHANGE it. What is one's purpose if it isn't to changed the world for the better? This promoted a purposeless life. It is NO way to live or be. It's one thing to talk about acceptance of the past. It's quite another to just let life roll past you as you quietly observe while sitting down and doing nothing.

@@Dannyboy0202 well perhaps they are mistaken for disliking themselves and then because of this commiting suicide perhaps they could have used the time they had to fix the aspects of themselves that needed mending, and by employing scepticism they could have dismissed any insecurities they had that where in truth were unfounded and a cause of unnecessary suffering or perhaps they could not be saved and did the right thing by ending their own suffering either way i do not see how this contradicts the message of this video which advocates dismissing any mental notions of ego or even emotional attachment to life circumstances in general in search of sanctity in the present moment wherever that may be

Its nice to be present and also allow myself to remember my thoughts as a child. Pushing away that curtain of adulthood and stress and look to a more pure more clear time in life and what I felt then as my purpose. Take that space and bring it to my now presence and allow myself in that bubble to explore the space of who I am now and what I want to be freely as when I was a child

    • @randybackgammon890

I agree..... and you agree with Bob Dylan on this one, who says the present is empty without the past. Its always part of who we are now,at least on the individual level, and any idea it can simply be discarded is impossible for an evolving human being. And,I believe, that evolution spans lifetimes until the ego is dissolved by knowing and not by physical death😊
