The jade was done by doing a black, grey and white sketch over the areas. Then I applied Army Painters Speed Paint 1.0 Orc Skin over the jade regions. Then highlighted up. Because it was Speed Paint 1.0 it reactivated the paint some and created the yellowish-green look one gets with jade.

I bought the set it came with through a FLGS, but they no longer carry the Fallout line. You can order through Modiphius or perhaps through Amazon. It's the Brotherhood of Steel:Knight Captain Cade and Paladin Danse box set.
