Great instructions. Seems like an awful lot of prep work, but understand it is necessary.

I Installed mine, it works well (single closing) but to open the door is hard...like I have to do a lot of force to reengage the mechanism...any tips is a dummy door that is really, thx

Where can I find a pocket door frame to hold a giant 6 foot wide door? Or would that need to be custom built?

Glad you have several videos on installing the Twin SofStop, and no videos on the single SofStop. Then the manual doesn’t explain it either. The manual refers you to a video of how to install a Twin SofStop. Overpriced products with not very well laid out instructions.

So you have a QR code in the manual for a twin and single SofStop that brings me to this video. But yet you once again don’t cover the single SofStop. DO YOU HAVE A SINGLE F$&@ing VIDEO ON A SINGLE ACTION SOFSTOP?

We put this in for our pantry and our builder hates it! He makes sure that I know it. He says no electric can go into that wall. It is a wall that is useless according to him! 😂😂

Why not just use a window motor and regulator from a 1989 Town Car? Way cheaper and very reliable.

Sure, looks nice today, but how are the top rollers accessed to be replaced once that 1000 lbs. worth of door wears them out???? As a door repair contractor I can tell you that 99% of the time, the door was installed before the drywall went up and the architect and home builder didn’t figure that into the project. What ends up happening is walls are cut into and drywall ha to be removed, replaced and painted all over aging. What could have been a 2 hour job turns into 3 days and a huge mess.

We just recently got it installed with soft close, but opening the door is so hard, while pulling back, first it gets stuck at activator and then when you pull hard to open, it hits the back stud really hard. so disappointed.

Can you please tells us more about mortise done on these doors? We find this difficult to get done clean, -it needs to be done in a shop by a template or machine. we love the cavity slider system, again the biggest challenge we have is actual lock and pull hardware. Looks like Emtek was used on a few of these door slabs. thx

My question is how far from the end of the top of your door does the hardware for hanging get installed???

Do you have any videos on the triple bypass system through cavity sliders? I have been looking at them and would love to not have the guide channel on the floor so specifically looking to see in combination with the collection system where doors can collect on EITHER side of the closet door. These would not be pocket doors.
