Dear sir, I am farrukh one of the employees of your lulu group I am homeless and jobless because of lulu group as for no valid reason pre planned they forcefully taken me resignation. For I was being late after me work shift that is 10- 7 and i reached hostel at 10 as eid is coming I went for some shopping and food near lulu only this is second time i got late but by 3 hours as only many of our employees along with hr employees are coming at the same time even late night having drinks inside the hostel . The hr vishudhi also put alliances on me that I'm doing some bad habits with boys inside hostel and capture in the camera but have not shown any video record of that. They informed my parents about my termination in front of me . They not only molested me my parents as well.Before this hostel we were in private hostel girls were going out night outs party at nights they get Harassed and molest but hr team were not taking any care. We don't get proper food we get treated as a slaves and prisoners inside hostel . I agree it's for us only but we are humans earning independent woman having own personal life. I beg in front of the amount for the last chance as I'm coming from long way from kolkata in the name of lulu group I don't know where to go now . Is this treatment we deserve after giving eight months of hard work. I heard this name lulu a big farm and given a walk in interview in jharkhand I got selected as a cashier the incharge over there told me that there would be an re interview in hope of that i came to hyderabad here I come to know that i got in a trap I reach out to the hr team they asked me to go back I said I can't I came from a long way have no mang as well I'm a bsc student one the hr chetanya sir help me and arranged an interview for post as a merchandise co ordinator with buying manger ripposalli sir along with asst buying manager saffaruddin sir i mentioned there only I'm a fresher and a biology student. One the same day GM noushad sir asked me to join the post as a merchandise co- ordinator. They all are unaware for the interview going after that i gave interview to DAS sir buying head and sheama ma am category head I cleared all the interview efficiently and got selected.i mentioned I'm a fresher and I'm a biology student.They send me to kochi for training for 3 weeks j got my training under asst buyer niveen bali in lulu head office after returning back i report to my buying manger that i didn't get proper training .i started my work a weak before mall opening with the help of my colleges.since i was a fresher I was facing some difficulties but there were on one who helped me I was dealing all my problems by my own self. Since opening one one telling me any thing any work to do I was simpling coming and going by spend 9 hours of sitting like useless not learning anything. My asst buyer niveen bali were have some person issue or what I don't know she always used to shout at me in front every one and make me embarrassed after one and half months our buying manger introduced a candidate of same post as I am my asst buyer told me to give her training about the process soon they started treating me as a assistant GM sir is aware of everything happening I got in depression what's going with me and no one is answering to my questions then I come to know being a biology student i got removed with out even information as tranfer. I was good at my work haven't received any mail regarding my work. One fine day i went to hr manger of that time exiting about my situation he asked me to work in audits and in presence of RM sir for temporary time being as meanwhile they find a suitable resignation for me after two months I get shifted to accounts I was doing MIRO posting,reconciliation, dealing with vendors query online and offline, mails, calls. With doing all this I was keep on talkin to HR GM DGM HR manager about giving a proper designation. Sir it is a pre planned conspiracy against me to make me out of lulu grop as they are unable to give me a proper designation. I'm came in lulu because of it's big name and in a hope of great future a it turns into a unforgettable journey of my life since eight months I'm coming and going and having no work to do keep on asking give me some work to do. My eight months got wasted I being mentally tortured and harassed it's my mental exploitation. I couldn't able to utilize my skills for this company because of this company .I WANT JUSTICE SIR.
