For all looking for a quick fix. Pull, check, and reinsert fuse 69 under the glovebox. Forums suggest it’s usually the culprit if you aren’t having battery issues
Did you figure out what caused this? I had the same thing happen today.
Kyle Boyer hey, yeah, I took it in and they supposedly changed out the battery and it has been fine since then. They tried to blame it on my usb drive for some reason.

Intresting how some dslr cameras can't film 1080 with 60fps and this little thing can. This is why i love Canon.

Terry Yu thanks for the test video, for me it's not bad, much better than from my current Sony DCS-WX80. Would you put other videos in fast scenes, playing with zomm in/out and how autofocus works. I tried zoom on Sony RX100M2 it looks very slow.
kazansergei Hi, I have one more here that shows the zoom more. Not fast action though. Canon G7x Test Video Number 2 It's quite smooth, not super fast, but it's not painfully slow either I guess?

Luckily (crossing fingers here!) I didn't have to pay anything extra. But I've had ups charge me some bogus fee afterwards, so hopefully it won't be the case this time.
