Its playtime but rarely its also rng I usually wait an hour before it randomly chooses me Your chance of being the jgn increases based on how long you were in the server (oldest does not mean guranteed, it just means highest chance) Its a mox because one time i joined a lobby and randomly i was the jgn in the first minute i played that lobby

My theory is that its based on a "point" system- ie: if you play to win- you earn points to become a jgn- surviving zs could give 10 points or 2 kills 1 point ect. This is how sometimes even when your first you still can't guarrantee the jgn position if others are better then you.
